I’m back with The Holo Hookup February 2016 Indie Collaboration Box! If you haven’t heard about The Holo Hookup yet, here is a little info about it – As the name suggests – this is an all holographic box and each month it will have 3 constant indie makers in it – Glisten & Glow, DIFFERENT dimension and Cupcake Polish. Each month there will also be one “guest” contributor, and February’s guest is Takko Lacquer

Each Holo Hookup Box has a theme, and February’s theme is ‘Elements’ and each maker took on an element to model their polish after!

Let’s take a look at each shade, then go over ordering info!

Glisten & Glow – Fire

Glisten & Glow has Fire! Fire is a fiery red linear holo with orange undertones and a slight pink shift in certain lighting with scattered silver and cherry holo microglitters mixed in. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

The fire element is for Aries, Leo and Sagittarius and I’m an Aries!

Cupcake Polish – Air

Cupcake Polish brings us Air! Air is a periwinkle linear holo with strong pink shimmer flecks mixed in. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

The air element is for Libra, Aquarius and Gemini.

Different Dimension – Earth

Different Dimension’s contribution is Earth. Earth is a rich brown linear holo with multi-chrome flakes as well as blue and green holographic microglitters.

The earth element is for Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn.

Takko Lacquer – Water

Takko Lacquer is the guest maker this month and they brought us Water! Water is a light aqua linear holo with intense gold shimmer. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

The water element is for Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces

The Holo Hookup February 2016 Indie Collaboration Box Overview

Wanna know a secret? This is my first Takko Lacquer. Personally, I think it;s a nice one to start off with. I’ve tried for Takko Lacquers in the past, but the ones I wanted sold out so fast, I couldn’t grab them. I’ll have to try harder in the future! As for the entire box – I had no application issues and I liked the theme for the box.
