It’s time for The Holo Hookup May 2019 already – and this month the theme is Dreams and Nightmares!

As always, I’ll do a quick rundown for those new to The Holo Hookup!

This is an all holographic box and each month it will have 3 constant indie makers in it – Glisten & Glow, DIFFERENT dimension and Cupcake Polish.  The guest maker this month is Quixotic Polish!

Each shade in the box has holographic elements of some sort in it. It may be scattered, linear, subtle or in your face, but an element of it is there. Some makers may incorporate other elements such as shimmer, glitter or flakes – but it will be in conjunction with holo.

Cupcake Polish | Sweetest Lullaby

Cupcake Polish Sweetest Lullaby is a pale, cool toned pink linear holographic with heavy blue shimmer mixed in. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Different Dimension | Perfect Nightmare

Perfect Nightmare is a dark navy blue jelly based linear holographic with color shifting iridescent flakes that spark shades of green, blue and pink. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Glisten & Glow | Moonlight Melodies

Moonlight Melodies is a periwinkle scattered holographic with purple, blue and white microflakes mixed in. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Quixotic Polish | Hold Fast To Dreams

Hold Fast To Dreams is a cool toned purple linear holographic with red to green contrasting shimmer and red to green to gold iridescent micro flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Another fun box and I was so happy to see Quixotic Polish as the guest maker this month! These shades match their names perfectly and I love the shades created.
