Easy Spring Flower Dotticure With Julie G

Sponsored Affiliate Link As most of you know, my life gets pretty hectic, which often limits the amount of nail art I can do. I’m also a little impatient, so easy is always better for me! Tonight I have an easy Spring dotticure with Julie G polishes I’ll be sharing with you! To set up, I will be using 6 Julie G nail polishes and a dotting tool. It’s fairly easy, not at all messy and dresses up your nails for the new season! All 6 of these shades are available on the Jesse’s Girl website, and you can use my affiliate code CS2017JG to receive 20% off any of the shades you purchase through the site. The code is also good for any cosmetics you might be eyeing (I recommend the  Glow Stix Lip Gloss while you are there!) Ok, onto the  nail art! I started off with a base…

China Glaze Spring 2017 Spring Fling Collection

Press Sample It’s my 35th birthday today and I wanted to quickly squeeze in a post before we have cake and head to bed! Tonight I have the China Glaze Spring 2017 Spring Fling Collection to share with you! This 12 piece collection is a mix of finishes, but as you can see from above – there are a lot of the same color families throughout. We have a lot of neutrals, some peachy pink tones, blues and some metallic shades (ok I know metallic isn’t a color family, but whatever) Overall, I liked the colors within the collection. Some of the finishes aren’t my favorite but that’s completely a preference thing. The collection as a whole has some nice colors, but they are slightly subdued. In the bottles a lot look vibrant,, but they aren’t bright, in-your-face colors. Let’s take a look! China Glaze Blanc Out China Glaze Blanc Out…

The Zoya Spring 2017 Charming Collection consists of 3 cremes and 3 shimmery shades(Zoya describes them as dewy micro sparkles). There are also 3 lipsticks for Spring (only 1 is a new shade though) and I’ll have that up in a separate post for the Zoya lipsticks! Let’s jump right in. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos. Amira Amira is a soft dusty blue crelly base packed with gold and aqua shimmers, as well as gold microflakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos. Some of the shimmers in Amira were a little larger and…

OPI Spring 2017 Fiji Collection

Press Sample Tonight I have the OPI Spring 2017 Fiji Collection to share with you! OPI sent out the Infinite Shine versions of the Fiji collection, but from what I can tell they are the same as the normal lacquers for this collection. However, I do find the application can be different and I prefer the application of the Infinite Shines to the normal ones. The brushes are wider and overall I have less issues. The lovely Karen over at ManiGeeks has the lacquer version of the OPI Fiji Collection, so pop on over there and check them out for that formulation. I do find her and I to generally be in agreement on application. She will also have a comparison post up tomorrow Karen’s comparison post is up too, so check it out HERE. So if you want to see how these stack up to previous shades, make sure you take…
