I have a few posts planned today, and next up is the Philly Loves Lacquer Dirty 30 Birthday Trio!

The Philly Loves Lacquer Dirty 30 Birthday Trio consists of 3 jelly based shades – 2 are filled with microglitters and 1 contains flakes. This is, of course, to celebrate Philly Loves Lacquer’s 30th birthday (or the 1st anniversary of her 29th birthday… whichever you prefer)

I still remember when I turned 30. A few days before, my boyfriend and my son were discussing my birthday, and my son looked at me and said “How old are you going to be?” I said “I’ll be 30!” and he started crying. Full on ugly crying with the fat tears and hiccups. I asked what was wrong and he said “I don’t want you to be thirty!”

Neither do I buddy, Neither. Do. I.

But here I am, I just celebrated my 34th birthday last month and I can pretty much say that the tears stopped and he hasn’t cried when I’ve told him my age since.

Eighty6

First up is Eighty6 – for the year she was born. Eighty6 is a deep teal jelly base filled with holo micro glitter and a bit of holo sparkle. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Forever 29

Forever 29 is my favorite of the 3. This is a deep purple jelly filled with ultra chrome chameleon flakies in blue/violet and pink/gold/green, as well as a bit of holo sparkle.I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Foxy Lady

Foxy Lady is a pinkish red jelly filled with holo micro glitter and a bit of holo sparkle. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Philly Loves Lacquer Dirty 30 Birthday Trio Overview

This is a nicely done trio that had absolutely no application issues. I loved all 3 shades and the elements within them. The jelly bases had a nice consistency and offered a nice amount of coverage, even for a jelly. All 3 are gorgeous, but my picks in order are: Forever 29, Foxy Lady and then Eighty6.
