Happy Wednesday! We’re getting closer to launch for the LŪMEN Nails Geodes & Gemstones Collection!
This is a 9 piece release that includes 2 cremes, 2 flakies, 3 shimmers, a topper and a gold embellishing flake.
This release is primarily purple toned, which is perfect for my purple loving heart. All of them release on May 21st, so be ready!

LŪMEN Nails | Gemstone
Gemstone is a bold, bright royal blue creme. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Formula was really good and really smooth on this. Self leveled beautifully.
LŪMEN Nails | Agate
Agate is a bright pink creme. This is borderline neon, but not quite eye searing neon. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
LŪMEN Nails | Crystal Cave
Crystal Cave is a blurple jelly base loaded with flakes that shift aqua to blue to purple to pink. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
You can layer this over another color though and use it as a topper.
LŪMEN Nails | Aura Quartz
Aura Quartz is a warm violet jelly base loaded with green to blue to fuchsia to gold shifting flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
This one can also be layered over another shade as a topper.
LŪMEN Nails | Artemis
Artemis is a clear based topper loaded with a fine particle shimmer that shfits turquoise to blue to pink to golden green at extreme angles.
From index to pinky I used: 1 coat over black, 3 coats alone, 1 coat over Gemstone, 1 coat over Agate.
LŪMEN Nails | Amethyst
Amethyst is a warm, medium lavender base loaded with pale golden shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
LŪMEN Nails | Tanzanite
Tanzanite is a warm violet jelly base loaded with blue to purple shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
The intense shimmer gives this shade the illusion of opacity and covered any VNL in 3 thin coats.
LŪMEN Nails | Bismuth
Bismuth is probably one of my favorites from this launch. This is a black jelly base loaded with gold to green to pink to purple to teal shifting shimmer. It’s vampy and shifty. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
LŪMEN Nails | Gilded
Gilded is the gold embellishing flake addition! This is a pot of multi sized gold flakes to add a little oomph to your mani. I used Gilded over black, off white, Gemstone and Agate for these photos.
To used, I painted my nails, added a coat of sticky base, waited 45 seconds for it to dry down to a tacky finish, then gently patted Gilded on.

As someone who used to work in jewelry – I am in love with this shade (it also helps that purple is my favorite color) and Tanzanite is actually one of my favorite gemstones.
I had no application issues and my top picks are Bismuth, Amethyst and Aura Quartz.
