Easy Neon Collection

I finally had some time to sit and type out some more posts. This weekend was a whirlwind and it’s starting to settle down. I have the Zoya Easy Neon collection to share tonight (this morning?)

The Zoya Easy Neon Collection is a 6 piece set of bright crelly polishes. The colors are vibrant and fun and perfect for Summer.

I had heard whispers from swatchers that the formulas were iffy. I had heard some good and some really really bad – but I had to try it for myself and see. So take a look, and my thoughts will be at the bottom of this post.

So as to not be too repetitive – all of these polishes dry down to a demi satin finish. I use top coat to give them a super glossy appearance. For these photos, I did use Zoya Glossy Seal.

Zoya | Oakley

Oakley is a neon yellow tinged orange crelly. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Zoya | Zelda

Zelda is a bright, borderline neon watermelon pink. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Zoya | Janie

Janie is a bright fuchsia pink crelly. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Zoya | Banks

Banks is a violet crelly. This is bright, but not neon. Purples are never really all that neon unless it’s more orchid like – so this is what I expected from a purple in the collection.

Zoya | Echo

Echo is a medium, bright blue crelly. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Zoya | Link

Link is a bright kiwi green. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Zoya | Easy Neon Collection

Color wise? Love it. Love love love it. There isn’t a single shade in this collection I wasn’t excited for. However, the formula could use some work. Will it deter me from using? No, but patience is required. They are a bit streaky and some self leveling issues despite how thin they are.

I used 3 thin coats in all photos and got decent coverage, so I’m not completely unhappy. But like I said – it took a little work. For me personally, they would be more suited for nail art over a light base like Anchor & Heart Mermaid Tears.
