Frenzy Polish The TV Frenzy Collection Swatches & Review

Frenzy Polish has been impressing me since I reviewed their second collection, Spring 2015 and their last collection was one I was truly giddy about… Gamer Girls.  Their 4th collection is The TV Frenzy collection and you are about to see 9 of the 10 shades!

Each of the 10 shades are based on popular TV shows, most of which I’ve seen. Nick and I are Netflix junkies, especially when I’m working on swatch sessions – so I was rather excited about this collection.

Let’s jump right in.

Winchester

Winchester is based on Supernatural! This is a steel grey holo with multicolored holo glitters mixed in. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Save The Cheerleader

Save The Cheerleader is based on Heroes. Save The Cheerleader is a fuchsia jelly based scattered holographic with pink shimmer. I used 3 thin coats for these photos.

Suck It

Suck It is based on the show Psych. This is a vibrant green holo with gold shimmer. I used 2 easy coats for these photos.

4 8 16 23 42

We all know this one… 4 8 16 23 42 is based on LOST. I think I’ve seen LOST from start to finish at least 5 times now in the last 2 years.  This is a teal holo with added blue and teal shimmer. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Penny! Penny! Penny!

Anyone else saying the name of this polish in Sheldon’s voice? Even adding in the knocks and the pauses? Yeah. Me too.

Penny! Penny! Penny! is based on Big Bang Theory. This is a multichome shade that shifts copper to gold to green to red and has a light dusting of holo shimmer. I used 3 thin coats for these photos and a glossy top coat.

Timelord

Timelord is of course based on Dr. Who! This is a matte blue base packed with blue and silver micro glitters. I did a set of photos in their intended matte state, and then again with top coat. I used 3 thin coats for these photos.

If You Don’t Fight You Die

If You Don’t Fight You Die is based on The Walking Dead. This is a matte green with purple and aqua shimmer flecks. I used 3 thin coats for these photos. I did a set in the intended matte state and then a set with top coat.

All Magic Comes With A Price

All Magic Comes With A Price is based on Once Upon A Time. This is a light tan crelly base packed with gold, blue and iridescent glitters as well as holographic glitters. I used 3 thin coats for these photos.

Full On Zombie

Full On Zombie is based on iZombie. This is a textured pink base with multicolored glitters mixed in. I used 3 thin coats for these photos and no top coat for the first set of photos, then I did top coat to smooth it out.

At the moment I am missing one shade from this collection, which is the Buffy inspired shade. It’s on it’s way to me though – so I’ll have it for you soon! The 9 shades I received were nicely done, easy application and I loved the shows chosen to draw inspiration from.
