It’s that time again! I have the Shimmer Me Box for June 2018 to share, and this month the theme is Beaches!
The constant makers in the Shimmer Me Box are Colors by Llarowe and Native War Paints. We have 2 guest makers for June 2018 – Girly Bits and Fancy Gloss!
As far as I know, Tux Polish will no longer be a constant maker in the box. I got a couple PM’s asking and from my understanding it’s Colors by Llarowe and Native War Paints as the main makers. They might bring a 3rd permanent maker into the mix, but for now we get to enjoy 2 constant makers and 2 guest makers each month.
Let’s jump into the swatches!
Colors by Llarowe Pier 60
Colors by Llarowe Pier 60 is a beautiful turquoise scattered holographic with a light lilac shimmer. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Native War Paints Magnetizing Sunsets
Native War Paints Magnetizing Sunsets is a fuchsia magnetic shade with gold to green shifting shimmer and the magnetic effect has a lavender/lilac magnetic effect. It’s fairly subtle. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Girly Bits We’ll Plan Our Escape
Girly Bits We’ll Plan Our Escape is a sunny golden yellow jelly base packed with red to orange shifting glass flecks and holographic microglitters. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
You might need 2 coats of top coat for a smooth finish if you are using a thinner top coat.
Fancy Gloss Glowing Waves
Fancy Gloss Glowing Waves is a warm brown crme based scattered holographic with blue shimmer and blue to violet to copper micro flecks. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Shimmer Me Box June 2018 | Beaches
Again – we have a nice range of colors and finishes all while still having a shimmery aspect. I had no application issues with any of these shades.
