The Shimmer Me Box for February 2018 is set to launch tomorrow, and I have it on the blog tonight!
The constant makers in the Shimmer Me Box are Colors by Llarowe, Tux Polish and Native War Paints. Each month will have a guest maker, and the February 2018 guest maker is My Indie Polish!
The theme for February 2018 is Chocolate Lover. Mmmmhmmm. I love chocolate, so I was excited about this theme!

Colors by Llarowe – Raspberry Truffle
Colors by Llarowe Raspberry Truffle is a cherry red crelly base with silver glass fleck shimmer. I noticed a little settling of shimmer flecks at the bottom, but there was still a good portion suspended within the polish, so it wasn’t a huge concern. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Tux Polish – White Chocolate Truffle
Tux Polish White Chocolate Truffle is a slightly offwhite crelly base with red and gold shimmer and slightly larger pink holographic glitter in various sizes. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Native War Paints – This Beauty Loves Chocolate
Native War Paints This Beauty Loves Chocolate is a pale pinkish mauve with some lavender tones with a scattered holographic mixed in, as well as gold shimmer. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
My Indie Polish – Ok I’ll Eat The Fruit
My Indie Polish Ok I’ll Eat The Fruit is a slightly purple leaning chocolate brown crelly base with blue shimmer and a very sparse scattering of holographic micro glitters. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Shimmer Me Box February 2018 Overview
I love that all 4 of these are different types of chocolates and the finishes and colors are so different, but still blend together. I had no application issues with any of the shades.
