Milani Color Statement Lipsticks – Reds & Oranges – Swatches and Review

Good morning!  I have a series of 4 Milani Color Statement Lipstick Sets coming up over the next 4 days that I think you will all enjoy!  They have four sets of colors: Oranges & Reds, Pinks & Corals, Plums & Berries, and Naturals & Browns!  I’m kicking this off with the Oranges & Reds!  This set has 7 Lipsticks and 2 Lip Liners and they showed up in the cutest red lip shaped makeup bag!

The Milani Color Restatement Lipsticks are AMAZING!  You get rich pigmentation, a smooth formula  and staying power for an AFFORDABLE price!  You really can’t beat that!

Best Red:

Best Red is one of my top pics from this set!  This is a matte finish red with some pink tones.

Cherry Crave:

Cherry Crave is a Red Pearl with a slight metallic finish to it!

Ruby Valentine:

Ruby Valentine is a gorgeous ruby red!

High Voltage:

High Voltage is a bright orange-red vinyl!  I liked this color but it wasn’t right for my skin tone!  Hate when that happens!

Red Label:

Red Label is a classy red!  Probably my 2nd favorite of the 7!

Orange-Gina:

Orange-Gina is a bronzy orange pearl.  I cannot pull of oranges well and but when I look at this picture I don’t really think it looks half bad on me.  Might have to try it again!

Sweet Nectar:

Sweet Nectar is an orange cream color.  I don’t really see myself wearing this one again out of pure preference, but of all 7 – this one had the BEST application!

The Lip Liners:

Here are the 2 lip liners that were included in the Oranges and Reds set I received!  On the left is True Red which I need a backup of!  It’s the PERFECT red lip liner!!  On the right is Nude which is an all around good color to have!  I used both lip liners (not together!) for each swatch above.

Overall – The Reds and Oranges are AMAZING!  Like I said – they glide on, have RICH pigmentation and are so affordable!!  I have some high end lipsticks that don’t look as good as these!  Although not all of these colors suit my skin tone, I plan on layering them with other Milani Color Statement Lipsticks to create a color I can wear ;)
