Happy Thursday! I’m in a bit of a frenzy at the moment because we leave for Chicago (PBE!) tomorrow morning at 3am… so I’m finishing up some posts and such. Unfortunately due to time constraints, I will not have a video this month. Between the blog sale, Polish & Beauty Expo and a few other things – there just wasn’t time. I do have time to post the items I received for Hella Handmade Creations July 2023 though!
I have 16 offerings this month… initially I had 17 – but MJ Lacquer needed to pull out last minute and I do hope everything is okay with her and her family. I do know why – I don’t recall if it was publicized though – so I don’t want to post it. But I’ve been thinking about her for sure.
This month is very cool toned – which works for my skin tone.
For the fine details – for all photos shown – I used Vapid Lacquer Commitment Issues Peel Off Base, and Sweet & Sour Lacquer Gloss Sauce . I purchased the Vapid Lacquer Commitment Issues, Sweet & Sour Lacquer gifted me their Gloss Sauce.
For my lighting setup, since I use artificial lighting due to my day job, involves 2 Neatfi XL Lamps from Amazon (affiliate link) as well as this Daylight Company Duo Daylight Lamp (affiliate link).
And lastly – I do use artificial gel nails that I do myself at home. In this post (and video) I am using Apres Gel X Nails in Extra Short Stiletto.

Description: Up, Up And Away Soy Remover is a soy based non acetone polish remover, so it doesn’t dry out your skin and cuticles. It will remove a little slower or require a tiny bit of elbow grease – but your skin will look well hydrated after using.
This one is scented in Spur It Up! This has notes of rose with floral top notes enhanced by nuances of green and fruit with a slightly musky background.
