Mentality Nail Polish The Stampers Collection Swatches and Review

I finally got my stamper in, so for this set of Mentality Nail Polish stampers – I can actually show you some stamping!  Keep in mind, I am a beginner stamper.  By beginner, I mean I sometimes get an image to transfer, but the odds of it being straight are really slim.

Mentality Nail Polish The Stampers Collection can be used as a solid nail color, or as a stamping polish.  The collection comes in a nice range of colors which range from holographic to duochrome to shimmery metallics.

Scoundrel & Dapper

Scoundrel is a semi gloss black.  When dry it appears like a satin finish.  Dapper is a metallic nude duocrome holographic nail polish with gold tones and red flash.  I alternated fingers between Scoundrel and Dapper and stamped with the opposite colors on each finger.  Very easy to use and I especially love Dapper against Scoundrel.

Scalawag & Demure

Demure is a charcoal metallic holographic stamping polish.  Scalawag is a gorgeous blue holographic stamping polish.  Again, I alternated fingers for designs/colors.

Prim & Proper

Prim and Proper are both perfect for Fall!  Proper is a red toned copper metallic holographic shade.  Prim is a dark espresso holographic polish.

Foxy & Sexy

Sexy is a magenta red holographic polish.  Foxy is a dark brownish red holographic polish with blue green duochrome flashes.

Wily

Wily is probably my favorite of the group!  Wily is a soft pink holographic nail polish with blue duochrome flashes.  I used (from pinkie to index) Dapper, Demure, Scalawag and Prim for stamping designs.

You can see the holographic come through on even the stamped images here!  All of them have that pretty sparkle!

If you missed the previous post on 4 of The Stampers – check out the post HERE

All 9 of these shades were easy to use and come in a nice range of colors.  I had no issue with using the polish to stamp with, but being a beginner it took a few tries for me to get the images transferred (which is user error, not polish maker error).  All 9 shades are completely opaque in 2 coats as stand alone colors.

My Top Picks: Scalawag, Wily, Sexy and Prim.

Each polish in The Stampers Collection is $7.50 (except Scoundrel – which is $6.50) or you can buy any 5 of them for $35.00 (I realize I only showed 4, but the next post will have the rest!)

Mentality Nail Polishes are 3 Free and each bottle has 2 stainless steel mixing balls.
