Girly Bits Star Spangled Swatch and Review

About a year ago I did a review of Girly Bits Star Spangled.  I love it so much, I thought it deserved yet another post.

I purchased Girly Bits Star Spangled back in May of last year as a 4th of July polish and it is absolutely PERFECT for the holiday (as the name pretty much implies!)

Take a look!

Girly Bits Star Spangled is a glorious mix of blue and red micro glitters and red micro bar glitter in a dark blue jelly base.  I used 2 coats of Star Spangled  and a coat of glossy top coat to smooth it over.  Because the glitter is small (even the bar glitter!) it only needs 1 coat of top coat.  No grittiness here!

I did a side view so you can see some of the red glitter flashes.  Blue is definitely the dominate glitter color in this one, but I love the little pops of red throughout!

You can see how sparkly it is in this closeup!  You can also see how 1 coat of top coat smoothed it all out.  Perfection!

I own quite a few Girly Bits Nail Lacquers and I haven’t been disappointed with her creations yet!
