Girly Bits June 2017 Color Of The Month Duo

Press Sample It was in the 100’s today, but I spent the day swatching in air conditioning! My son spent the day with his father, so it was just me and Nick relaxing, watching Netflix, and working on projects! First up from my swatch session is the Girly Bits June 2017 Color Of The Month Duo! I’m kinda loving both of these shades, but the berry one is the one I have to say people need. It was my favorite – but of course you should grab both. If you grab them during the “early bird” period you get a small discount on them. The Early Bird special is good through June 25th. Let’s take a look! What The Hell Was I Thinking? What The Hell Was I Thinking? is a berry shade that has a pink to gold shift with silver holographic micro flakes mixed in. I used 2 coats…

No Gel Girly Bits Holochrome Powder Tutorial

Purchased by Me | Affiliate Links This morning I posted some photos of Girly Bits Holochrome powder, which I did without the use of gel polish. I’ve actually had a few of the powders in my possession for awhile but I’m not very good with gel and honestly don’t like using it.  I did a little trial and error and finally found a method that worked for me. So here is my no gel Girly Bits Holochrome Powder tutorial! First we’ll take a look at everything I used for the no gel method. I’ll go through step by step on how I did this. When I redid it tonight, it took me about 30 minutes total (most of it being dry time between coats) which I didn’t find to be too bad. My application can still use some work, but overall it’s not horrible. Because gel isn’t needed for this, normal…

Girly Bits Sequins & Satin Pants Collection

Press Sample Good morning and Happy Tuesday! I’m back at work and wanted to get this collection posted before it actually starts for me. Up first this morning (I have a few posts to do!) is Girly Bits Sequins & Satin Pants Collection! The Girly Bits Sequins & Satin Pants collection is a 7 piece Disco inspired collection. If you buy the entire collection, you get a bonus shade (that was kinda the star of the show for me!) All of these shades are bright jelly based polishes packed with holographic microglitter. I do recommend using a nice, thick top coat like Girly Bits Glitter Glaze for a smooth finish. If you don’t have Glitter Glaze, then you may need to double up on top coat since there is a slight texture. Removal may take a little work, which is also due to the microglitter content. It’s well worth it…

Girly Bits May 2017 Color Of The Month Duo

Press Sample Who’s ready to see another post on the Girly Bits May 2017 Color Of The Month Duo? There is less than 24 hours left to snag it at the Early Bird price, then it goes to normal pricing until the last day of June. For the Girly Bits May 2017 Color Of The Month Duo we have a “Mom” theme because of Mother’s Day being in May. Not sure why, but this little story popped into my head about my son. When he was little (about 2 or 3) he was in the “no” phase. It didn’t bother me because he never went through the terrible 2’s or 3’s – so if him saying “no” was the worst thing, I could deal with it. Anyways, since he said “no” all the time, I got use to saying “Don’t you say no to me” while pointing at him so he knew…
