Sacred Succulent Collection

Good morning and Happy Sunday! I actually have today off and slept in a little, then we treated ourselves to a french toast breakfast at Lumpy’s Diner. Now that we’re fed and happy – I’m going to be swatching and posting today! This week you’ll see a lot more activity from me, Monday is the final day of tax season and I have the rest of the week off.

This morning we’re going to be looking at the Ethereal Lacquer Sacred Succulent Collection!

The Ethereal Lacquer Sacred Succulent Collection is actually a 7 piece collection. It started off as 5 (which are the 5 I have to show you) and after the initial 5 were shipped – 2 more were added. Because of my schedule the final 2 wouldn’t have made it in time for the post, so we’re sticking to the original 5. You can check out QueenofNails83 for the full 7 shades.

These shades are available on the Ethereal Lacquer site now and you can buy them individually or as a 7 piece set.

Let’s take a look at the 5 I have to share with you.

Ethereal Lacquer | Agave

Agave is a muted, dusty turquoise crelly base with strong red to green shifting shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Ethereal Lacquer | Plush

Plush is a blue tinged grey crelly base with red to green shifting shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Of the 5 I was sent – this had the sheerest formula and if you have a strong VNL, you might consider wearing it over a similar grey creme.

Ethereal Lacquer | Rosewater

Rosewater is dusty coral crelly with copper to green color shifting shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Ethereal Lacquer | Sempervivum

Sempervivum is a deep denim blue creme with strong red to green color shifting shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Ethereal Lacquer | Sunburst

Sunburst is a vibrant chartreuse crelly with copper to green shifting shimmer. In the bottle you can see the chartreuse, but on the nail (for me) it translated more yellow than chartreuse. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Ethereal Lacquer | Sacred Succulent Collection

The Ethereal Lacquer Sacred Succulent Collection is beautifully done and I love the shifty shimmer. Sempervivum and Agave are my top choices fro the 5. I feel like these 2 really highlight the shimmers within and I love a strong shimmery shift.

The 2 shades I am missing are Herb and Sacred. Herb is an earthy moss green with red to green shifting shimmer and Sacred is a medium purple creme base with strong shifting shimmer.

All 7 shades are available now on the Ethereal Lacquer site, as well as some extra loot – like t-shirts, totes and cups. You can also pick up some NOLA PC polishes.

Price: $12.50 Each | $80.00 Full Collection
