butter LONDON Bramble and Stardust Swatch and Review

by Lisa Heath

I have a simple and sweet mani to show you today!  I was getting ready to swatch 2 of my new butter LONDON polishes and thought they would look fantastic together… and I think I was right!

I don’t do accent nails often, I’m not 100% sure why – but I just haven’t.  I love them on other people, but I think for me, I like my nails uniform and the accent nails throws that out of whack for me.

I was sent Bramble and Stardust to review and take a look at the shades

Bramble

bramble

Bramble is an eggplant creme.  This was a one coat polish.  Seriously.  Amazing coverage and a beautiful color.

Stardust

Fairy Dust

Stardust is a micro glitter silver holographic polish.  You can use it alone, or over another shade.  I decided to use it alone and only needed 2 coats for full coverage.  It also only required 1 coat of top coat to be completely smooth!  This looks fairly similar to last years Fairy Cake by butter LONDON, but the texture of it is different.  Both are silver holographic glitters, but Stardust is smoother and smaller glitters.  Between the two, I prefer Stardust.

When you put both together…

Bramble and Fairy Dust

This is the mani I came up with using both shades and I love it.  Stardust is so sparkly and clean looking and Bramble is pure purple perfection.

Both Bramble and Stardust are part of the butter LONDON holiday 2013 collection.  Make sure you check out the butter LONDON Holiday 2013 section on their page for more holiday shades as well as gift sets!

Price:  $15.00 each

Where to Buy:  butter LONDON website  as well as shops like Nordstroms, ULTA and Macy’s.

Hope you loved the post, and I’m definitely picking up a few more of the Holiday 2013 shades from butter LONDON, as well as a backup bottle of Stardust!

I’ve only just started doing accent nails myself and I love this combo.
