Things are moving along this month and I’m doing a little catch up on photos I did nearly a month ago, but with the hustle and bustle of the holidays, I hadn’t found time to type the posts yet. Today, we’re going to see a few of those posts – and we’re kicking it off with the Zoya Jubilee Holiday 2018 Collection.

This is a 12 piece collection that ranges from neutrals to brighter, festive colors and some Pixie Dusts! There’s also an effects top coat.

Let’s jump right in and take a look.

Zoya | Astrid

Astrid is a gold shimmer, foil finish polish. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Zoya | Leigh

Leigh is a warm, pale neutral creme with a peach tinge. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Zoya | Carson

Carson is a medium nude creme with a touch of mauve in it. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Zoya | Taryn

Taryn is a medium bright fuchsia with blue iridescent shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Zoya | Maxine

Maxine is a bright red leaning coral creme. This is more coral leaning than my photos show. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Zoya | Allison

Allison is a ruby creme with plum undertones. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Zoya | Chiara

Chiara is a medium blurple creme. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Zoya | Danica

Danica is a deep teal creme. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

This is a stainer – so make sure you use a really good base coat.

Zoya | Kateri

Kateri is a deep chocolate brown creme. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Zoya | Cookie

Zoya Cookie is a medium purple texture. This is a classic PixieDust formula.  I used 2 coats and no top coat for these photos.

Zoya | Juniper

Juniper is the second PixieDust in the collection. Juniper is a deep teal textured polish. I used 2 coats and no top coat for these photos.

Zoya | Leopard Spots

Leopard Spots Topper is a special effects top coat that apparently was made to work over PixieDusts, but it also worked just as well for me over a creme. I did photos over both types. I used 1 thin coat for all the photos.

I’ll be honest – I was disappointed. When I saw Leopard Spots as the name, I thought it would be the “bubble effect” – but it’s crackle. I have nothing against crackle, but I much prefer the bubble look – and that’s more “spots” to me.

Zoya Jubilee | Holiday 2018 Collection

Overall – it’s a pretty collection. It doesn’t have the glitz and glam, or reds and greens that typical holiday like collections have and I was slightly disappointed by that. If you take the ‘Holiday’ out of the type of collection – I actually do enjoy it. As usual the PixieDusts are a welcomed addition and I never turn those down!
