Zoya Nail Polish | Cosmic Pop Trio

Cosmic Pop Trio

Zoya has released another slightly textured type polish – but they aren’t Pixie Dusts. Tonight we’re going to be looking at the Zoya Nail Polish Cosmic Pop Trio!

The Zoya Nail Polish Cosmic Pop Trio make me think that Zoya wanted Pixie Dust like polishes – but with a much finer texture. Almost a bridge between their normal polish and the Pixie Dusts. This trio features three polishes with holographic effects inspired by unique star clusters of outer space.

I personally like a little texture, so I was a fan of the Pixie Dusts, and I quite like these too. The holo effect wasn’t as prominent as I had hoped it would be. To my eye – it almost looked more iridescent shimmer like, but when light hit a certain way – I did see that holo. But it’s not a super blingy like holo effect.

While the texture isn’t as strong as Pixie Dusts, you will still need 2 coats of top coat for a completely smooth finish – these are top coat hungry – or you can use a product like Glisten & Glow Glitter Grabber which fills in all the nooks and crannies and preps for top coat so you get a nice, plumping finish. I did not use Glitter Grabber for my photos – but that’s an option for textured polishes.

Zoya Nail Polish | Celestia

Celestia is a silvery, pale champagne with a blue to pink shimmer shift and densely packed scattered holo. Of the 3, this was the most obvious holo and my favorite of the bunch. It’s described as silver – but to me there is a definite almost champagne warmth pull to it.

I used 3 thin coats for these photos. All are done without top coat, but I added top coat for the final photo.

Zoya Nail Polish | Polaris

Polaris is a warm, slightly rose gold base with gold and violet pink shimmer particles and scattered holo. In the bottle the holo seemed more apparent than it does on the nail, but every so often it did flash for me.

I used 3 thin coats for these photos. All are done without top coat, but I added top coat for the final photo.

Zoya Nail Polish | Eradani

Eradani is a medium magenta base densely packed magenta, blue and holo micro glitters.

I used 3 thin coats for these photos. All are done without top coat, but I added top coat for the final photo.

Zoya Nail Polish | Cosmic Pop Trio

I actually enjoyed these. I didn’t find the texture to be “too much” and preferred the non top coat version. My favorite was definitely Celestia followed by Eradani. I felt that while it was pretty – Polaris was a little too warm for my skin tone.

I actually would love to see a polish with this finish in black and a nice, vampy red.

These are limited edition and available in a bundle for just $36.00 which includes all 3 shades, Zoya Naked Base and Ultra Glossy Seal, as well as 3 Z-Wide Brushes if you prefer those to their normal brush.

These are available as a trio only.
