Finding the perfect skin care cream is incredibly important.  Everyone is different when it comes to what works for their skin.  If they weren’t, then skin care would be simple.  Everyone could use whatever product they wanted, regardless of skin type.

I was given the chance to review Tresor Rare Ultimate Pearl Protecting and Defending Cream and unfortunately this product just wasn’t for me.  Doesn’t mean it won’t work for you though.

Let’s take a closer look at the product and then I will go into why it wasn’t for me.

Tresor closed

An exquisite and exceptionally gentle skin care that contains a rare blend of ingredients to help protect, defend, depollute and nourish the skin. This ultimate formula thoroughly and comfortably treats the skin, leaving it feeling luxuriously comfortable and supple. Application: onto cleansed skin in soft circular motions.

Tresor

The Tresor Rare Ultimate Pearl Protecting and Defending Cream definitely felt nice on.  It felt a little on the thicker side for my skin and unfortunately my skin is oily naturally, so it was a little too much for me.  Aside from that though, Tresor Rare Ultimate Pearl Protecting and Defending Cream didn’t cause me to break out and my skin felt moisturized… but a little overly so.

Now I’m definitely not saying this is a bad cream, it simply isn’t for my skin type.  If you have drier skin then this would probably be a perfect fit for you!

Price: $399.00

As I said, overall this product wasn’t for me, but on the bright side it didn’t cause my skin to break out or become nasty and angry.  It did feel really nice on.  Unfortunately my skin is just incredibly oily, so I need a lighter cream for that.

Warning!!! Do NOT purchase any of these products! I spent $1351.00 at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas for the entire line. It has ruined my face! I cannot hydrate my face enough to get rid of the dry skin and have been trying for a month. I even had a hydrating facial that did not undo the damage that these products have caused. And now I have almost all unused products for that kind of money sitting here. I am going to post this on every site that reviews this product to warn other unsuspecting victims! Primarily because I am sure that this post will be immediately deleted!

Amazingly true story. I just retuned from Paris Las Vegas as was sold goods that were not used on my face and crammed another 3 items in the bag. The bill was $1,500.00 for 3 creams, 2 peels and 1 powder. Boy did I get screwed. The receipt tells the true story about this rip off store. Bate and switch, high pressure sales tactics and just reminded me of a bad time share presentation and should have run out if the store to never return. Their return policy is this : NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS. You may exchange if something was defective.

Sadly I’m not sure about the product since they tried to pull a fast one on me at the Wynn. Once they did that my husband and I refused to buy anything. The product is very expensive and for them to try to take advantage really pissed us off. We own and operate our own business and would never do something like this. Then to top it off he said he was going to give us 2 “complimentary” bath salts. We were buying 3 at $17 so how did 3 come out to eighty dollars and change….

A group of me and 3 girls (ages 24-39) were invited to sample some products in a beautiful store Tresor Rare on Lincoln Rd in Miami while on a trip for a Bachelorette party. We all have different skin types and was pretty skeptical on how this cream and peel would work on all of us but the woman explained only to use such a small amount of the product because it is concentrated and to use as needed not like other companies tend to say you have to use it all up just to run out and buy more often. She was very knowledgeable about skincare and was never pushy. We all got a great promotion and all have been using, not as consistently as I’d like but I always get great results and I have combination/ oily skin. The other girls love it too. No complaints. None of us feel it is too heavy. Maybe you just used too much for your skin type. I only use small dots all over the skin rub it in and let it soak in a few minutes before applying my makeup or I use it at night instead sometimes. Hope this helps.

Hey there!
I’m using those products, the ULTIMATE pearl line is amazing, specially the peel !
Once a week I scrub my face and get really nice feeling, and after a while I can really notice the change on my face . About the moisturizer I’ve been told to use every other day to get the best results for my skin type and its work really good! I think is all about the ingredients they put inside that make it work so good.

Thank you for reviewing this product! The first thing that caught my eye was the packaging. I’m a sucker for fancy packaging. They also give you a good amount of cream. Unlike you I have really dry skin so this product actually worked wonders for my skin. Especially in the winter months where my dry skin goes from bad to worst. I also really love the fact that this product has little to no scent. I’m not big in scented face products just to over bearing for me. Overall is a great product for my dry skin . I encourage anyone who has dry combination skin to try it.

I actually do have dry skin and this works for me. This is the best winter moisturizer! My skin usually tends to get dry and cracked during these cold months. Before I found this product I used a very heavy drug store moisturizer. This is no where near as heavy as the lotion I used to use but it does a way better job at keeping my skin protected from the elements. Another great thing about this product is a little goes a long way.
