I have some more neons to show you today and I’m sure you will love them! Smitten Polish is releasing a set of neon flakes for Summer 2015! I decided to show all 4 neon flakes both with a glossy top coat and a matte top coat. While I love my glossy polishes, for some reason I absolutely love flake polishes when they have a matte top coat.

Ice Pop Paradise

I’m going to kick this post off with my favorite of the bunch! Ice Pop Paradise is a blurple base with iridescent blue green flakes mixed in.  I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Jar Of Sunshine is a neon traffic cone orange base packed with golden orange flakes.  I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Pool Noodle

Pool Noodle is a neon pink base packed with iridescent flakes that look light golden yellow.  I used 3 thin coats for these photos and a glossy top coat.

I am in LOVE with Pool Noodle with a matte top coat.  I have to redo this mani again!

Lazy River

Finally we have Lazy River! Lazy River is a green leaning teal jelly base packed with iridescent flakes that appear green to golden.  I had a heck of a time capturing this shade and it’s actually a touch darker in person. I used 3 thin coats for these photos and a glossy top coat.

I did not experience any staining with this shade (teals usually do me in!)

Lazy River is another that I adore with a matte top coat. Again, it’s a little darker in person.

All 4 of these were well done.  They all have a good amount of flakes that are well distributed throughout the polish and didn’t clump up with applying.  The base was the perfect consistency and application was easy and flawless.
