Let’s talk makeup brushes!  Remember a LONG time ago when you thought those sponge applicators that came with cosmetics were great?  Then you upgraded to makeup brushes and it put a whole new spin on makeup?

Yeah I still remember that.

BUT I also remember the first time I splurged on a makeup brush.  I thought the price reflected how amazing it would be (you know that saying “You get what you pay for”?) I was devastated when my new $70 brush was a complete dud.  It shed everywhere, was a little on the scratchy side because those shedding bristles were too stiff.  It was just a disaster.

One thing I have learned over the years is that sometimes you really do get what you pay for.  But other times, you can actually find a steal of an item and barely have to splurge to get quality.

Case

That’s what I found to be true with the Royie 10 Piece Vegan Makeup Brush Set.  The Royie 10-piece Vegan Makeup Brush Set features 10 high quality, hypoallergenic synthetic makeup brushes. You’ll have every brush you need right here, tucked away securely in the matching stylish faux leather case in turquoise. Perfect for at home or travel, the set includes powder, blush, and foundation brushes as well as an impressive selection of eye and lip brushes.

These are a little softer than what I normally would buy, but I didn’t experience shedding and application was still really great with this set.  My favorite are the face brushes with this set, the foundation brush, a powder brush and a blush brush.

I only have one complaint about the set.  The color combination.  These have a turquoise carrying case (pretty), pale blue handles (pretty) and pink bristles (pretty… but not with turquoise/blue to me).  Had they done white bristles or a different color, I think it would be a much more attractive set.

But really if the color of the set is all I have to complain about, they are doing pretty good.  The price is reasonable for just about anyone.  You get 10 brushes and a carry case for a low price.

Price: $19.99

I’m generally very critical of my face brushes and actually own a ton of them.  While this one isn’t the absolute best I own, it’s definitely going to be used and the price tag is well worth what you are getting.

  1. On the other hand, internal employees push for salary raises to survive the harsh economy.
Another federal tax break available to homeschoolers is the charitable contributions deduction. Sometimes,
they may always demand for payment which according
to them is to be used to cover up their expenses in finalizing the documents and even for
their professional fees although you are really uninformed on the current status of the process.
