Color4Nails has some of the newer Picture Polish shades in her shop now, and I have 4 of them to show you today! I do have more coming up later this week that I just received as well, but didn’t have time to get to them this weekend. So here are Picture Polish Chance, Story, Mishap & Trouble!

All 4 of these shades have an almost metallic like base with silver holographic flecks mixed in. The base colors are deeper and feel very Fall like, so I did like that a lot.

All 4 of these and more are available at Color4Nails, and when you pop over there to check them out more, you can use the code CSant10 at checkout to snag an extra 10% off your entire Color4Nails order.

Let’s take a closer look.

Chance

chance

Chance is an amethyst metallic base with silver holographic flecks mixed in. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Mishap

mishap

Mishap is a gunmetal grey metallic base with silver holographic flecks mixed in. Of the 4, this shade had the most visible brush strokes when applied. The others have brush strokes, but not as apparent. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Picture Polish Chance, Story, Mishap & Trouble Overview

Picture Polish Chance, Story, Mishap & Trouble Overview

All 4 of these applied really nicely and the formulas were great consistencies. They did have minor brush strokes visible, but that’s fairly common for metallic based shades. Trouble and Chance had the least visibility with brush strokes, and Mishap and Story you can definitely see them. My top 2 picks are definitely Story and Trouble though.

What did you think of these 4 shades? Do you like metallic based shades, or are you more partial to creme/crelly/jelly based shades with holo flecks? I’d love to hear your thoughts below

I don’t know if you wanted our favorite shade ever or out of these four. Out of these I love the red, but one of my biggest favs is Freya’s Cats
