Soniclear Petite Skin Cleansing Brush

This review is a month in the making! I received the Michael Todd Soniclear Petite Skin Cleansing Brush in Lemon Drop a little before Christmas and have been testing it for about a month now to see what I think of it.

Michael Todd Soniclear Petite

The Michael Todd Soniclear Petite Skin Cleansing Brush is compact, waterproof, easy to use and the bristles get a nice scrub without being to harsh on my skin.

The bristles rotate at a quick pace to gently, but effectively scrub your face clean. There are 3 different speed settings, as well as a built in timer to help you focus on each area of your face equally. The brush is also waterproof and rechargeable.

Because it’s waterproof you can also use it in the shower or at your sink, whichever is more convenient for you. I prefer to use it in the shower!

The size of the Michael Todd Soniclear Petite Skin Cleansing Brush is perfect for me. It’s nice and compact without feeling like I might drop it. My other travel brush I’ve been using up to this point is an odd shape, so while it’s compact, it’s not comfortable to hold.

Michael Todd Soniclear Petite Charger

It comes with a universal USB charger as well, so even on the go – it’s handy! I can plug it into my laptop to charge it or into a plug port while home or at a hotel.

The charger portion connects with a magnetized device that connects to the brush. They fit comfortably into the cradle for easy charging.

SONICLEAR is the first ever sonic skin cleansing brush with built in antimicrobial protection against stain and odor causing bacteria. Sonic cleansing can create a breeding ground for microbial contamination when skin cells, makeup and moisture residue combine with bacteria that cling to the brush bristles between cleansings. Traditional rotary and sonic skin cleansing systems don’t offer protection against bacteria, so the team at Michael Todd set out to find a solution. After extensive research and testing, we found a way to incorporate safe, effective and durable antimicrobial technology into the brush heads at the time of manufacture. The result is SONICLEAR, a revolutionary sonic cleansing brush that thoroughly cleanses the skin and then protects itself against microbial contamination leaving the brushes cleaner, fresher for longer.

My skin feels amazing after using this. After my first use I felt a difference in my skin. After 2 weeks, I noticed my skin had significantly less breakouts as well – which is exactly what I want a product like this to do! My big test? Using it around my time of the month when my skin really goes NUTS. I was incredibly happy when I had a very slight breakout that seemed to disappear much quicker than usual!

Do I recommend the Michael Todd Soniclear Petite Skin Cleansing Brush? Yes I do! It replaced my normal skin cleansing brush at home AND my travel brush!

I love my sonic cleansing brush, but it is a tad bulky for travelling. This sounds like a handy option for travel.

I love my Soniclear brushes, but truth be told, I think I’d prefer the petite size because it takes up less room! Not sure why this has a USB charger though. I would be charging this in the bathroom, not through my laptop, or my phone charger.

For traveling purpose. If you travel outside the US – you can get a plug in adapter for a wall socket that configures to the country you are in.

What a cheery color. I’d love to have the Petite after the success I’ve had with the full size.

I love the yellow. I have the watermelon shade one and the yellow immediately makes me smile and think happy thoughts. This would be my morning cleanser :)
