LUSH Limited Edition Easter 2014 Collection Review

by Lisa Heath

LUSH has released their Easter 2014 treats and I have 6 of these goodies to show you today!  All of these smell so unbelievably amazing and I am going to be grabbing more!

Every year I look forward to seeing what the new LUSH Holiday offerings will be, and they didn’t disappoint this Easter Season!

Group LUSH Easter

Let’s take a closer look at each item!

Brightside Bubble Bar

Brightside

Brightside Bubble Bar is a vibrant orange, red and yellow swirled chunk of goodness!  It smells like those orange jelly candies and is a sweet treat!  It produces a TON of bubbles and I actually split this bar into 3 pieces for 3 baths.  It turns the water into a sunny orange bath.

Here’s a picture of me holding it so you can see how huge it is!

Bunny Bubble Bar

Bunny

This is THE cutest item from the entire Easter lineup!  You can bet that my son snatched this up as SOON as he saw it!  The Bunny Bubble Bar smells exactly like the Creamy Candy Bubble Bar!  The belly of the bunny has tiny blue cornflower petals mixed in so when it dissolves in tub you have small petals floating with you in the tub.  The cute little eyes and tail are also made out of vegan candy!

Price:  $6.95

Golden Egg Bath Bomb Melt

Golden Egg

New to the LUSH lineup is the Golden Egg Bath Bomb Melt!  LUSH has combined their amazing bath bomb with their bath melts.  It has a creamy cocoa butter exterior  with a fizzy bath bomb center.  The entire bath bomb melt is dusted with a golden luster dust.  The scent is the same as Honey I Washed The Kids, which is a honey toffee fragrance!

Carrot Soap

Carrot Soap

Carrot Soap is probably one of my favorite LUSH soaps to date!  I’m not a huge fan of bar soap, I’m a shower gel kind of girl, but this one is perfect.  Carrot Soap has a tropical smell with lots of citrus like orange, tangerine, grapefruit and lemon! The image in the soap?  That’s a leaping bunny to remind us that LUSH is strictly cruelty free!

Price: $6.95 for a 3.5 oz Slice

Ingredients: Water , Propylene Glycol , Rapeseed Oil , Coconut Oil (Brassica napus; Cocos nucifera) , Fragrance , Carrot Oil (Daucus carota) , Sodium Stearate , Buchu Oil (Barosma betulina) , Sicilian Lemon Oil (Citrus limonum) , Bergamot Oil (Citrus Aurantium bergamia) ,Fair Trade Organic Cocoa Butter (Theobroma Cacao) ,Titanium Dioxide , Glycerine , Sodium Chloride , EDTA, Tetrasodium Editronate , Lilial , *Linalool , *Limonene, D&C Orange No. 4

Big Yellow Egg side

The Immaculate Eggception is another of my son’s favorite!  This is a giant citrusy bath bomb that is HUGE!  You can get 3 baths out of this too (and it is perfectly paired with Brightside Bubble Bar for those of you into bath cocktails!)  The best part (and what my son loves)?  Crack it open to find another small bath bomb inside!

I was just at LUSH with my mom, and she picked up basically all of the Easter products! I got the Carrot Soap and I love it! I’ve been using it as hand soap at the kitchen sink because it’s antibacterial!

I need to stop by LUSH to re-up on some soap, so I just might pick up a bubble bar while I’m there. Great post
