Jindie Nails & Dollish Polish Collaboration Duo in Romeo & Juliet Swatches and Review

by Lisa Heath

Jindie Nails and Dollish Polish have teamed up for an awesome new series!  The series is called “Famous Couples in History” and every 4-6 weeks a new duo will be released which will represent a different Famous Couple In History!

First up is Romeo & Juliet (probably one of the most famous!) and they can be worn separately or layered over each other.  This is the first couple in the series and I cannot wait to see what other couples Jindie Nails and Dollish Polish work on.

Juliet

Juliet

Juliet is an orchid crelly with navy and violet shimmer flecks, periwinkle, sapphire and magenta hex glitters in 2 different small sizes.  I used 2 coats for this photo and it applied like a dream, even with all the small glitters mixed in.

Romeo

Romeo

Romeo is a glitter top coat filled with sapphire, magenta, purple and violet hex glitters, shreds and dots with a sprinkling of black matte hearts, skulls and stars.  I used 1 coat over Juliet for this photo, and as you can see – glitter was not an issue on application!  I got a good amount on each finger with very little effort.

Overview

I think the whole idea behind the duo is extremely cute.  I have every version of Romeo & Juliet movies that have been made and am a complete SAP when it comes to love stories (even tragic ones).  As for the polishes themselves, both were easy to work with and look great together.  I think the Jindie Nails/Dollish Polish collaboration is perfect and cannot wait to see what they come up with for future Famous Couples In History duos!

Nice! For some reason, that base (Juliet) reminds me of the old school Laffy Taffy bars haha
