Girly Bits Memories Duo

Tonight I have a very special post to share with you. The Harlow ONE Series is a monthly project that will feature ONE indie polish brand during ONE month and $1.00 CAD from each bottle sold will be donated to ONE cause, chosen by the brand. It’s a twist on the monthly nail polish box and a chance to give back each month. Harlow ONE Series: Girly Bits Memories Duo is the first duo to grace us.

Girly Bits has chosen  Alzheimer’s Society of Canada to be the cause that her polish sales go towards.

Here is what Pam from Girly Bits had to say:

“I am honoured to be the kickoff brand for the launch of the Harlow ONE project. Girly Bits has often encorporated a charitable component in product launches, so Harlow ONE is a perfect companion to that voice. I chose the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada for the recipient of the donations from the sales of the Memories Duo (Fragments, and Past and Present). This is near and dear to my heart because I lost my Dad 6 years ago to this cruel disease. I am eternally thankful for the opportunities and blessings I have received since beginning this whirlwind business we call Indie polish. One of my favourite experiences has been the  ability to create little works of love that represent important people or events in my life and share them with the world, and when I can attach a charitable component to that, it makes my heart sing.” – Pam, founder of Girly Bits

Let’s take a closer look at each polish.

Past and Present

Past and Present is a beautiful purple linear holographic with a pink shift. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Fragments

Fragments is a bright watermelon coral with gold shimmer, as well as green, lavender, fuchsia, chartreuse and aqua hex glitters mixed in. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Harlow ONE Series: Girly Bits Memories Duo Information

The pre-order for the Memories Duo will be on March 20th from 12pm – 6pm EST. They will only be sold as a set, retailing for $34 CAD (about $25.50 US) and $2 CAD from each set sold will be donated to the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada.

The Memories Duo will be shipped out on April 1st.

Group orders will be encouraged, but the pre-ordered sets cannot be combined with other items. Any pre-orders placed with other items from the shop will be cancelled & refunded.

Donation amounts will be posted after all pre-orders have been shipped.

I love that Harlow & Co has started this series, and that Girly Bits is the first maker involved. I cannot wait to see what this series brings us in the future, and to see charities benefit from this. It’s a beautiful thing!
