I have a few Too Fancy Lacquer posts about ready to go, but I had to share my favorite swatches first!
On January 9th, Too Fancy Lacquer will be reopening their website and launching some gorgeous new polishes. Among those polishes will be the Viola Trio!

Shrinking Violet
Shrinking Violet is a medium pastel indigo linear holographic and one of my favorites from the collection. This applied smoothly in and completely opaque in just 2 coats.
A Currant Affair
A Currant Affair is a reddened plum linear holographic. Great application and 2 coats was all I needed to reach full opacity.
Prima Donna
Prima Donna is the ultra holo of the 3. This reminds me a bit of the intensity of Color Club Halo Hue shades! Prima Donna is a silvery lavender linear holographic with a metallic sheen to it. I used 2 coats for this photo.
Overview
All 3 of these shades in the Viola Trio are stunning! If you want a super intense holo, Prima Donna is definitely for you! Shrinking Violet is my favorite shade of the bunch and definitely one I may need another bottle of. I had no application issues to report and opacity was great at just 2 coats on all 3 shades. I was able to use a quick dry top coat with all 3 as well without diminishing the holo effect.
