Emerald & Ash and Blue-Eyed Girl Lacquer Destination Polish Duo

by Lisa Heath

Press Sample

Blue Eyed Girl Lacquer and Emerald & Ash have teamed up to bring us the Destination Polish Duo!  Each duo that is put out by Blue Eyed Girl Lacquer is between her and another indie, and this month it is Emerald & Ash which is a new-to-me indie, so I was thrilled to get a chance to try her polish out!

The thought behind the Destination Duo’s was that they’d (BEGL & the indie that she partners up with for the month) take one photo from one of their vacations/travels and each come up with our take on the photo.  I thought this was an awesome idea and I love what they came up with this month!

Emerald & Ash Sunset at Sugar Beach

Sunset At Sugar Beach is an aqua creme with purple flash, copper shimmer, pink, purple, and brown flakes and a touch of holo.  I used 2 coats for these photos and a glossy top coat.

Overview

Both of these shades are absolutely gorgeous and I love them both.  Easy application and gorgeous colors!  Along with these 2 shades, you will also receive 5 felt squares (if you’ve never used these for polish remover before, you are in for a treat!) as well as 10 seashell design water slide decals.  I’m a complete ditz and I know I received the decals, but in my ditziness I somehow lost them :(  I feel so awful!

You receive both polishes, the felt squares and 10 decals for $20 plus shipping!  That’s a pretty awesome deal!
