Can you believe we’re in the last week before Christmas? Where did the time go? I’m pretty much done with most big ticket items, but there are always smaller gifts I pick up to beef up the packages under the tree. This is the first year I wasn’t a total last minute shopper! This past weekend I realized I hadn’t taken care of stocking stuffers, so I got up early (had to sneak out before my son woke up) and set off to Walmart for last minute goodies. While I did get the chocolates and candies handled, I also spotted Dove, Axe & TRESemme Holiday Gift Packs at Walmart!

They had a TON to choose from! I grabbed something for everyone, myself included. Each set was full of popular personal care products that work wonders on the hair and skin. With a growing boy (he’s almost 11) we’ve been making sure he keeps up and understands good hygiene, and really, sets like these make him feel older. We’re out of the kiddie care stuff and he wants to be treated like a little man rather than a little boy.

Here are the sets I picked up:

As I said, my son is at that point where he doesn’t want to be treated like a child anymore (even though he will always be my little boy) so when I spotted the AXE Dark Temptation Holiday Gift Pack, I knew it would be perfect for him. He gets his body wash, shampoo, body spray and deodorant in a manly toiletry bag. It’s perfect for when we travel, but also gets him excited about being treated like an adult and properly taking care of himself like a “big boy”

There were several AXE scents available, but Dark Temptation was one I knew he’d love. I also picked one up for Nick, that way my son will get even more excited to see it’s what he uses too. I also know Nick would appreciate the set.

Ok, this one was for me. I love Dove! For a really nice price I got my body wash, antiperspirant, bar soap, dry shampoo and shower poof in a nice, lightly fragranced set. There were a few different scents available for this set, and I actually picked up 2 for me. I snagged the Coconut & Care Holiday Gift Pack as well as the Dove Sweet Peony Holiday Gift Pack.

The third and final set I picked up was for both me and Nick. We both really like the TRESemmé Beauty-Full Volume set, and this also came with a bonus Dry Shampoo (totally for me) so why not save and get another set while I was there?

These sets I grabbed are just a small fraction of all the sets Dove, AXE and TRESemme had at Walmart – you really have to check it all out! There were several displays to chose from and I was there for awhile selecting what we needed!

This year, take the stress out of shopping and pick up a Unilever Holiday Gift Pack from Walmart for anyone on your list, and hey, why not one (or two) for yourself too like i did!

The gift packs at Walmart are great gift ideas and easy to pick up for last minute gifts too. I still have to get my sons the Axe gift packs yet. Thanks for sharing the gift packs at Walmart.

I love getting these gifts sets for my husband and older son. It usually goes in their stocking from Santa. I haven’t had a chance to pick up any yet.

We buy a ton of both gift packs each year. We have a teen toy giveaway for those in need and those are always the most popular.

I think these would make lovely presents for Christmas because it’s something that people can use on a regular basis. They’re awesome as gifts or stocking stuffers.

I’ve actually picked up a few of these for gifts to give to distant relatives. They come in handy and are inexpensive. – yolonda
