Earlier today I showed you the November 2017 Polish Of The Month from Colors by Llarowe, and now I have the Colors by Llarowe Winter 2017 Collection to share!
This is a 6 piece collection with varying degree of sparkle and some shimmers. One shade is actually a layering polish, but I wanted to show it on it’s own because it can be worn that way as well, and so you know the true color of it uninterrupted.
These release on November 1st, so let’s jump in and take a look!
Figgy Pudding
Figgy Pudding is a deep plummy berry jelly base with silver prismatic holo flakes mixed in. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Layer Cake
Layer Cake is actually a layering polish, but it can be worn alone if you like sheerer shades. Here I have it shown with 3 coats over bare nails. Layer Cake is a sheer violet jelly based topper with copper to red to green to iridescent flakes mixed in.
Mean Mr. Grinch
Mean Mr. Grinch is a deep blackened multichrome that shifts from deep green to copper to black with an intense shimmer and silver flecks. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Parade Of Lights
Parade Of Lights is a deep navy blue multichrome that shifts to a royal blue to a bright green with silver prismatic holographic flakes. I used 2 easy coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Plum Ready For Summer
Plum Ready For Summer is a medium plum tightly scattered holographic with a strong orchid flame. This isn’t a super “in your face” holo but it has that more fluid like holo to it (if that makes sense?) I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Topaz Fire
Topaz Fire is a deep blurple linear tightly scattered holographic with a lavender flame. I used 2 easy coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

I love that this is a simple but flashy collection! Only 6 colors, but each one is beautifully done and applied perfectly.

How does Plum compare to Who Needs Love? I really want it but. .the shades seem quite similar and so I probably shouldn’t, lol.
I don’t personally have Who Needs Love, but going from photos, the linear holographic in Who Needs Love is much stronger and the base is a deeper reddish violet shade
