I decided to take the weekend off mostly for a little breather and to spend a bit more time with Jacob since we’re coming up on his last week of 6th grade! He made Honor Roll all 4 quarters during his first year of Junior High and I couldn’t be more proud of him. He’s grown so much in the last year and it’s been incredible seeing him mature and really come into his own.

We went to see another movie yesterday, he really wanted to see A Quiet Place. He was totally into the movie (as was I) and we had a nice day out.  Now the weekend is coming to a close, and I have another post to share! This is the Colors by Llarowe June 2018 Polish Of The Month, English Rose!

How stunning is this? Colors by Llarowe English Rose is a rosey pink intense linear holographic. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

The intensity of this holo isn’t properly displayed in my photos. It’s really beautifully done and this shade simply amazes. I had no application issues, and while I used 3 thin coats – 2 normal coats would be just fine. I typically do thin coats as my style of painting.
