As I said in the last 2 posts, I’m playing a LOT of catchup and a lot of releases are happening this weekend! We’re getting into all the Fall 2016 releases and I’m loving it. It’s hard to let go of the Summer brights, but once I am surrounded by the Fall shades and I bring out the scarves, I’m pretty much ready. Right now, I have the Cameo Colours Lacquers Finally Fall Collection to share with you.

This is a 5 piece collection with bold base colors, flecks of color and holo, as well as a bit of shimmer. I found all 5 colors to be really beautifully done and perfect for Fall.

Snuggie Salutations

I had to start with Snuggie Salutations because it’s purple, which kind of automatically jumps it to the top of my favorites list!

Snuggie Salutations is a deep purple base with beautiful copper shimmer as well as scattered holo, silver holographic micro flecks and bronze micro flecks. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Perfect Day For Pumpkin Picking

Perfect Day For Pumpkin Picking is a medium bright blue jelly base with subtle pink shimmer and scattered holographic, as well as bronze and silver holographic micro flakes. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Conversations Over Cocoa

Conversations Over Cocoa is another favorite of mine. THis is a rich chocolate brown base with gold shimmer and scattered holographic, as well as bronze and silver holographic micro flakes. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Apples To Apple Cider

Apples To Apple Cider is a vibrant warm red with a golden orange shimmer, as well as copper, gold, bronze and silver holographic micro flakes. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

The Trees… They Are A-Changin’

The final shade in this collection is The Trees… They Are A-Changin’! This is a shimmery gold base with red-orange shimmer, scattered holographic effect, as well as bronze, copper and silver holographic micro flakes and red to bronze to copper ultrachrome flakes. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Cameo Colours Lacquers Finally Fall Collection Overview

For me, this is a well done collection with just the right Fall colors, but also with the perfect touch of effects. Each polish has shimmer and flecks involved, but they don’t overpower the color and add a nice balance to it. In some cases, the base color draws you in, but when you see the flecks and color of shimmer, it adds to the beauty. I only needed 2 coats of each shade for full opacity, and application was really nice. I didn’t even have to do cleanup. What you see is how I painted. Gotta love that.
