Happy Tuesday! I’m knee deep into swatching and trying to keep chugging along with posts too. It’s been a busy week since it’s back to school soon (Jacob is going into the 10th grade on the 31st) so we’ve been prepping for that and making sure his enrollment into the new high school is all set and ready to go. He will be returning to in person school, which he hasn’t done for high school yet. His entire freshman year was remote. Plus we moved at the end of Freshman year so he changed high schools to the new town.

He’s all set though and I’m settled in. Tonight we’re going to be looking at the Great Lakes Lacquer Nashville Show Limited Editions & Small Batch Polishes!

After many years of working with Great Lakes Lacquer – I finally got to meet Mariah at the Polish & Beauty Expo! We got a chance to chat during the Meet & Greet and the GLL table was set up right next to Vapid Wax where I was helping out. Before packing it in for the night, Mariah said to grab some small batch and Nashville LE’s as PR so I can show them on my blog since she didn’t have photos at the time (or if she did, they were limited)

So here they are!

This post will be showing three Nashville Show Limited Edition shades and 9 of the Small Batch shades. There is one small batch I’m missing, which is Bluebonnet Bottoms. Almost all polishes in this post are limited. Please understand that as with most small batch – once they’re gone – that’s it. They weren’t intended to widely be in circulation and some sold more than others at the show – these are leftovers essentially.

The only polishes not limited in quantity are Nashville Nights and Nashville Shenanigans. While they aren’t limited in quantity, there will be a time frame that they can be purchased in.

All small batch shades range anywhere from 4 bottles to 30+ bottles.

Alright – let’s get this going! We will start with the Show Limited Editions and then move onto Small Batch.

Great Lakes Lacquer | Nashville Nights

Nashville Nights is a midnight violet jelly base loaded with bright blue to fuchsia shifting shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

This polish will be available from the 28th at 9 PM Eastern till the 11th at 9 PM Eastern. Stock will not be limited.

Great Lakes Lacquer | Nashville Shenanigans

Nashville Shenanigans is a sky blue jelly base loaded with aqua to teal to pink to orange to gold shifting shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

This polish will be available from the 28th at 9 PM Eastern till the 11th at 9 PM Eastern. Stock will not be limited.

Great Lakes Lacquer | Jackson

Jackson is a greyed out sage green creme with strong magenta to orange to gold shifting shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Great Lakes Lacquer | Bug OFF

Bug OFF is a prototype for Bug ON and while at first glance it might look similar – it’s actually a different colorway. Bug OFF is a medium magenta pink jelly base loaded with pink to red to gold to green shifting iridescent flakes and scattered holo pigment subtly sprinkled in. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Dries down with a slight texture, may need 2 coats of top coat to smooth.

Great Lakes Lacquer | Colada Jello

Colada Jello is a pale yellow crelly base loaded with blue to pink to orange to gold shifting shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Great Lakes Lacquer | Chantilly Lace

Chantilly Lace is a peach tinted pale sandy beige crelly base with blue to pink to orange to orange shifting shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Great Lakes Lacquer | Jello Pucker

Jello Pucker is a dusty aqua jelly base packed with lime green to seafoam green to cobalt shifting shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Great Lakes Lacquer | Married In A Fever

Married In A Fever is a sheer cobalt jelly base packed with a rainbow assortment of iridescent flakes, scattered holo and holographic micro flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Great Lakes Lacquer | Summer Heat

Summer Heat is a hazy sky blue crelly base with pink to orange to gold shimmer and a soft scattered holo effect. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Great Lakes Lacquer | The Man In Black

The Man In Black is a charcoal jelly based linear holographic with purple to red to orange to gold to green iridescent flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Great Lakes Lacquer | Twinkle This

Twinkle This is a purple version of BEY’OND. This is a dusty purple jelly base loaded with purple to pink to gold to green iridescent flakes, holographic micro flakes, as well as purple metallic micro flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Great Lakes Lacquer | It Ain’t Me Babe

It Ain’t Me Babe is a lavender crelly base with red to gold to green shifting shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Great Lakes Lacquer | Nashville Show Limited Editions & Small Batch Polishes

When I was at the show at Mariah said to grab whichever I’m comfortable reviewing, and I’m kicking myself for somehow missing Bluebonnet Bottoms cause the description sounds lovely. I’m assuming with all the blue and purpley shades – I thought I did grab it.

Again, all of these – aside from the 2 Nashville named ones – will be limited in quantity. By limited, I mean between 4 bottles and 30ish bottles. Will sell outs happen? I would bet on it. Both Nashville Nights and Nashville Shenanigans will be available from the 28th through the 11th with no cap

Price: $13.00 Each for Show Limited Editions | $12.00 Each for Small Batch Shades

Release Date: August 28th at 9PM EST
