Ellagee Fireside Wine & Rhapsody In Blue

I have several posts to type up this week, but I’ve been slacking a tad (I’m not behind though!) because there are some super exciting things in the works over here and some big changes coming up. I can’t fully get into details yet, but I will need to do a massive blog destash to fund the excitement and costs. It will take some time, I need to contact makers to see if they are okay with me selling samples they sent over the years. Nick spent Saturday building a storefront on my blog (it’s hidden at the moment) so the sale can actually take place on my blog directly. You’ll be able to throw polish in a cart and checkout right here.

So basically watch for that if you wish to. I have over 11,000 polishes and will be attempting to destash nearly half of that, if not more.

Okay enough of that, you’re all here to see Ellagee Fireside Wine & Rhapsody In Blue! These gorgeous shifty beauties were created as customs for the Multichrome Madness Facebook group! These are up on the Ellagee shop, but you have to join the Multichrome Madness Facebook group to get the special code to reduce the price.

Both of these shades are only available for a few more days (until the end of June)  so you don’t want to miss out. Shortly after, Ellagee is also releasing a collection with 4 more multichromes, so it’s going to be a shifty release week!

Let’s take a look at each shade!

Fireside Wine

Fireside Wine is a magenta base that shifts to copper, red, fuchsia and violet. It also has a bright pink sparkle to it so it’s not a flat multichrome. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Rhapsody In Blue

Of the 2 shades, Rhapsody In Blue is my favorite. This is a royal blue base that shifts emerald to teal to blue to purple and it has bright turquoise sparkle. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Ellagee Fireside Wine & Rhapsody In Blue Overview

The multichrome lover in me is super excited about these customs. I love the added “sparkles” in each shade to give them a little more oomph.  Both shades initially started off slightly sheer on the first coat – but the second coat offered full coverage and a super shifty look. I used the same lighting (artificial) in all of these shots, but in person the shift is even more incredible.

If you love these, make sure you join the Multichrome Madness Facebook group to snag the code to reduce the prices in the shop. Unless you like paying that much for polish.. up to you ;)

Price: $13.00 Each | $25.00 Duo
