Press Sample of the Cupcake Polish
Iceland Collection

Happy Sunday! I have the Cupcake Polish Iceland Collection to share with you all today, and it releases tomorrow.

This is Cupcake Polish’s first launch of 2020 and it’s inspired by Iceland and it’s vast array of terrains and natural wonders. Sara visited Iceland in 2019 and it inspired her to create a collection to celebrant the beautiful nature of Iceland.

These do launch tomorrow, so let’s jump in and take a look!

Cupcake Polish | Blue Lagoon

Blue Lagoon is a pale blue jelly base loaded with blue to pink iridescent shimmer, blue to pink iridescent flakes and holographic micro flakes. There are little pops of green in there from the flakes as well. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Cupcake Polish | Eldhraun

Eldhraun is a pea green jelly base loaded with blue to pink to gold shifting aurora shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Cupcake Polish | Gullfoss

Gullfoss is a dark, cool toned purple jelly base loaded with orange to gold to green shifting aurora shimmer and orange to gold to green iridescent glitters. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Cupcake Polish | Heart Of Iceland

Heart of Iceland is a light, almost corally red base with red to orange shifting duochrome shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Cupcake Polish | Lupine

Lupine is a cool toned purple jelly base loaded with blue to green to gold shifting aurora shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Cupcake Polish | Aurora Borealis

Aurora Borealis is a black jelly base loaded with teal to blue to purple to pink to gold shifting multichrome and iridescent flakes and holographic microflakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Cupcake Polish | Iceland Collection

This is such a beautiful, glowy collection. I had no application issues and even the shades with flakes didn’t really have any texture, so I was able to use normal top coat (Glisten & Glow Top Coat) and I had a smooth finish.

My personal favorites are Aurora Borealis, Gullfoss and Lupine.
