Press Sample of the Cupcake Polish
Free Spirit Trio & Secret Ingredient

Finally some time to sit down and type up some posts! My son turns 13 next weekend (now I feel old!) so we’re prepping for his party, plus tax season is in full swing and 7th grade homework is no joke. So now, I have the Cupcake Polish Free Spirit Trio & Secret Ingredient to share! I’ve had these done since Sunday… and finally have time to sit and do this.

Okay so we’re looking at 4 new shades in this post. 3 are part of the Free Spirit Trio and they will be Limited Edition, Single Batch. Once sold out, that’s it – they’re gone. The 4th item is a topper and it will be a more permanent fixture along with the other toppers carried in the Cupcake Polish shop.

Ready to take a look?

Cupcake Polish | Wanderer

Wanderer is a medium cool toned purple with gold to green shifting shimmer and holographic microglitters. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

There is a slight texture to this polish, so you may need 2 coats of top coat if you typically use a thinner consistency top coat.

Cupcake Polish | Wild and Free

Wild and Free is a berry pink base with blue shimmer and holographic microglitters. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

There is a slight texture to this polish, so you may need 2 coats of top coat if you typically use a thinner consistency top coat.

Cupcake Polish | Day Dream

Day Dream is a medium aqua base with heavy pink to blue to gold shifting shimmer, as well as holographic microglitters. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

There is a slight texture to this polish, so you may need 2 coats of top coat if you typically use a thinner consistency top coat.

Cupcake Polish | Secret Ingredient

Secret Ingredient is the new addition to the special effect topper line. This will be around awhile, which is good cause I can see people using it a LOT.

Secret Ingredient is a special effect topper with red to bronze to gold to green shifting aurora pigment and a linear holographic effect.

I typically swatch over black, but for some reason I wanted to switch it up… and I’m glad I did. I used 1 coat of Secret Ingredient over a vampy burgundy – OPI We’ll Always Have Paris.

Cupcake Polish | Free Spirit Trio & Secret Ingredient

Overall a beautiful release. My favorite of the group is definitely Secret Ingredient, but my second favorite is Wanderer. However, my advice would be, if you are limited on funds, grab the trio and then come back for Secret Ingredient once your funds have replenished. It will be around longer than the trio will be, and that way you don’t miss out on limited items.

Price: $13.00 Each Spirit Trio Polish | $10.00 Secret Ingredient

Release: February 11th at 8:00pm CST
