Cupcake Polish | 6th Anniversary Trio

Cupcake Polish turned 6 this month… and she created a stunning trio for the event! Tonight I have the Cupcake Polish 6th Anniversary Trio to share with you.

All 3 of these have their own unique finish and totally different color families. Generally when you think Cupcake Polish, you think linear holo – but this time around she changed it up a bit!

Let’s take a look!

Cupcake Polish | Est. 2013

Est. 2013 is a multi-faceted metallic gunmetal polish with holographic micro flecks. My lighting reflected off the polish and gave it a slightly antigued gold look – but it’s gunmetal in person. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Cupcake Polish | Sweet As Six

Sweet As Six is a lilac linear holographic jelly base packed with silver metallic flakes and holographic micro flecks. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Cupcake Polish | Greatest Dream

Greatest Dream is my favorite of the 3, but the true beauty of it was hard to capture! This is an indigo purple jelly base with a rainbow of iridescent flakes and metallic multichrome flakes mixed in. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

The biggest flashes of color from the flakes are turquoise, pink and purple – which I actually found fitting because it seems like those are the 3 color families Sara does most often.

I had no application issues with any of these shades and they are all beautifully done. I like that the colors are different families and the finishes are very different as well.
