Carrying on with reviews, next up I have the Blue Eyed Girl Lacquer Something Is Coming Collection!

This is a quad inspired by Stranger Things! It’s already released in the BEGL shop too, so you can grab them now.

Blue Eyed Girl Lacquer also recently reformulated her polishes, so they have a thinner consistency to what they used to. So if you previously found them to be a bit on the thick side, then you may be happier with the new formulation.

Let’s jump right in

Curiosity Door

Curiosity Door is a deep, blackened navy blue jelly base with turquoise glass flecks and green to teal to blue shifting micro shard like fleck shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Eggos?

Eggos? is a pale baby pink crelly base with green to bronze to red shifting shimmer and red to gold to green shifting microglitter. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Keep These Lights Up

Keep These Lights Up is my favorite of the 4 shades. This is a black jelly based scattered holographic with silver ultra holographic microglitters, silver and blue microflakes, fuchsia to copper to lime shifting flakes and blue to fuchsia to gold color shifting microflakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for this sparkler.

Something Hungry For Blood

Something Hungry For Blood is a bright red crelly base packed with copper shimmer and red, blue and gold microflakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

I still haven’t actually seen Stranger Things, so I don’t know BEGL did inspiration wise. What I do know is that these polishes are really nicely done and I am loving the new formula. There was no thickness or gummy-like application which made it a breeze to apply.

This collection released 2 days ago, so you can grab them now!

Price: $8.50 – $12.00 Each
