Cirque Colors Metropolis Fall Winter 2017 Collection

Press Sample I’m a little behind on posting these, so I apologize! I have 2 collections from Cirque Colors to share back to back right now, and the first post is of the Cirque Colors Metropolis Fall Winter 2017 Collection! Since this is the Cirque Colors Metropolis Fall Winter 2017 Collection, I’m still in the current season for it, so it’s not too late… just “staggered”? At any rate – this is a 6 piece set of gorgeous neutralish cremes. These second post will have the Maison Collection in it – so be ready for that. Let’s take a look at the Cirque Colors Metropolis Fall Winter 2017 Collection! Urbanized Urbanized is a spicy mustard yellow creme. It’s a little more yellow leaning in person. While I’m not a huge fan of mustard yellows, I can’t deny this one actually looks pretty darn good with my skin tone. Maybe I should reconsider my…

Dainty Digits Polish Rainbow Sorbet Delight Collection

Press Sample I have a couple posts planned tonight, and next up is the Dainty Digits Polish Rainbow Sorbet Delight Collection! This is a 8 piece set of scented bright, almost neon, cremes. These are almost like the pastel or bleached neons. They are bright, but mellow at the same time. Not only that, they all have a very  subtle scent to them! They are light enough to detect, but not overpowering at all. I found them quite nice in both the application and scent department. Dainty Digits Polish is actually a new-to-me brand, but they aren’t new to the indie game.  If you haven’t tried her brand yet, you should check them out! Let’s take a look! Strawberry DeLite Strawberry DeLite is a bright but mellow pink creme and is a light strawberry scent. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos. Papaya Punch Papaya Punch…

I’m dividing the post up into the various collection groups as well! Pahlish Doctor… Who? Collection Magician’s Apprentice Magician’s Apprentice is a red leaning coral crelly base with soft red shimmer and purple/violet ultrachrome flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos. Don’t Blink Don’t Blink is a gunmetal foil base with multicolored shifting flakes mixed in. The flakes aren’t packed in, but you get glimmers of color popping through…

LVX Spring Summer 2017 Collection

Press Sample Good morning! I’ll be kicking the day off with the LVX Spring Summer 2017 Collection. Initially I was going to wait until after the Polish Con rush, but I actually use all of these shades in an upcoming review for Cupcake Polish, so I figured I would post this one first so everyone can see what gorgeous bases I used! The LVX Spring Summer 2017 collection consists of 6 cremes perfect for the seasons. If you are new to LVX, they are a vegan and cruelty free line of polish and they are 7 free (made without Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin, DBP, Toluene, Camphor, Xylene or Parabens) These all applied incredibly well and although it’s been awhile since I’ve used their polishes, it reminded me how flawless their polish applies for me. Let’s take a look Seychelle Seychelle is a dusty, pastel turquoise. I used 2 coats and a…

Alter Ego Sweet Cremes Collection

Press Sample I have some Alter Ego Nail Enamel on the blog tonight with her new creme collection! Originally this collection was to be named Sweet Cremes Are Made With These, but it was too long so she simply shortened it to Sweet Cremes. All 6 shades are pretty much year round stunners and the application was just absolute perfection. These shades are Alter Ego’s interpretation of crème liqueurs, as they appear, after added to the recipe. They are called crème liqueurs because the abundance of sugar in them gives them a creamy consistency and some makers also add a touch of glycerin for extra body. They are fairly high in alcohol by volume (ABV) and  this means it won’t take nearly as much for the consumer to get tipsy compared to a glass of wine or a serving of beer. So take it easy if you are drinking these!…
