One of these days I’ll be able to slow things down and keep up with my blog load a little better. Not today, of course. This week is crazy busy. My little boy starts Junior High this Tuesday so it’s a lot of running around making sure he has everything he needs for all 7 classes.  Last night Pam of Stella Chroma poked me to see how the newest Holo-Maniacs group custom was coming along, and it had totally slipped my mind in all the hustle and bustle.

Luckily it photographed nicely so I was able to get this going to post today! Sorry Pam!

So here is Stella Chroma Aurora Stella-ealis which is the 27th custom for the Holo-Maniacs Facebook Group!

Not only is this polish magical, I also have a code you can use to save a little on it! If you use the code SANCTUARY at checkout, you save 15% on your Stella Chroma order.

Let’s take a closer look.

Stella Chroma Aurora Stella-ealis

Stella Chroma Aurora Stella-ealis is a deep cool toned purple linear holographic with blue and purple microflakes mixed in, as well as gold holographic glitters. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Because of the microglitters and flakes, you may need 2 coats of top coat since it’s mildly textured. VERY mildly – but still there. I used Girly Bits Glitter Glaze and only needed 1 coat, but if you use a thinner top coat, you might need to double up for a completely smooth finish

This shade is getting me really into the Fall color palette. It’s a nice, deep purple but the holo creates a sort of brightness to it. Perfect for daily wear, or a formal night.

What do you think? Are you a member of Holo-Maniacs already? Will you be grabbing this shade?

Gorgeous photos, Lisa! No need to apologize at all, I am all too familiar with the back to school hustle. Thank you!
