STELLA CHROMA | At The Fair Collection

It has been a WEEK. Work has been busy for my department and I’m just coming home exhausted. I got quite accustomed to taking a 2 hour nap when I get home, but tonight I have to do a 2 hour parental class so my son can complete his Driver’s Ed classes to get his permit. I’m running on a lot of coffee right now, so fingers crossed I stay awake for it.

Anyways… today I have the STELLA CHROMA At The Fair Collection to share with you!

The STELLA CHROMA At The Fair Collection is a 6 piece collection inspired by the fun to be had at fairs. County fairs, state fairs, school fairs, they’re all similar at heart and tons of fun!

STELLA CHROMA said “We had the same people setting up our county fair as a kid, so you knew the rides and games like the back of your hand! I can still see the midway and all of the rides in my mind when I close my eyes. So truly, this collection is based on MY county fair. But I’ve been to other fairs, and they all translate.”

This collection is set to release tomorrow (4/8) so be ready! All links for purchasing will be at the bottom of this post.

STELLA CHROMA | Carousel

Carousel is a medium-deep blue creme base with strong blue to green to gold shifting shimmer. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Designed after the carousel that is always in the middle of the midway! Mine was a deep blue and was covered in mirrors with thick, golden frames. Horses, giraffes, elephants, camels. Take your pick!

STELLA CHROMA | Demo Derby

Demo Derby is a dusty, cool toned pale beige crelly base with iridescent green to yellow flakes and shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

My little brother LIVED for the demolition derby, and he had to sit as close as possible. By the end of the derby (They lasted for HOURS!), we were always covered in a thin layer of dust. This pretty color pays tribute to that fine layer!

STELLA CHROMA | Funhouse (Matte Finish)

Funhouse is a super pale blue matte base with violet to pink to orange flakes mixed in. I used 2 coats for these photos.

This almost looks like it was white based and took on a dusty blue tint – it’s that pale.

This shade dries down to a matte finish naturally, but you can add a glossy top coat if you wish to.

This pale blue matte shade is the same shade as the little kid’s funhouse at my fair. It was full of mirrors that made you look stretched, lumpy, upside down, and sideways. It had forest animals painted on the walls that were bright, neon pink.

STELLA CHROMA | Gravitron

Gravitron is a warm purple creme base with black metallic flakes mixed in. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

I waited for YEARS to be big enough to ride the Gravitron. The loud music pumping out of the spinning silver spaceship with purple lights drew you in! Let’s just say that when I was finally tall enough, this ride didn’t disappoint!

STELLA CHROMA | Lemon Shake-up

Lemon Shake-up is a golden yellow jelly based linear holographic with holo flakes mixed in. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

The lemon shake-up is a quintessential fair/festival treat, isn’t it? I’ve tried making them at home and they just aren’t the same.

STELLA CHROMA | The Scrambler

The Scrambler is a poppy red tinged orange crelly base loaded with bronze flakes, as well as gold holographic glitter. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Just enough bling and just enough warm tone to look amazing at the beach or barbeque, but is classic enough to be appropriate all year long!

STELLA CHROMA | At The Fair Collection

All 6 of these are stunning, but the 2 neurtalish shades are my favorites. Funhouse is my #1 and Demo Derby comes in second. My third pick is a tie between Lemon Shake-up and Gravitron!

I had no application issues with any of these shades.
