KBShimmer Holo-Day 2017 Collection

Press Sample

KBShimmer is gearing up to release her Winter/Holiday 2017 collection, and I have it to show you tonight! Here is the KBShimmer Holo-Day 2017 Collection!

This is an 8 piece collection and each polish has a holographic element to it (otherwise it wouldn’t really be the Holo-Day collection!)

Okay so we’re about to jump in, we’ll see some linear holographics, new MegaFlame colors and some shimmery holo fleck polishes! Oh and Holly Back Girl is back for a limited time during this release!

Up To Snow Good

Up To Snow Good is a pale dove grey base with a subtle blue shimmer, holographic silver glow flakes, and micro matte white flecks and silver holographic microglitters. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Deck The Claws

Deck The Claws is a MegaFlame finish and is a slightly cool toned red jelly packed with silver holographic microglitters.  I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these phtoos. You might need 2 coats for a completely smooth finish.

Fir Sure

Fir Sure is a medium cool toned green linear holographic. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Jewels Of The Trade

Jewels Of The Trade is another Mega Flame polish! This is a medium sapphire blue jelly base with holographic microglitters mixed in. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos. You may need 2 coats of top coat for a smooth finish.

Why So Sirius?

Why So Sirius? is a gorgeous jewel toned navy blue base with purple to teal shimmer, as well as white holo flakes. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat.

Come On Get App-y

Come On Get App-y is a blue leaning purple creme based linear holographic. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Pour Decisions

Pour Decisions is a gorgeous deep burgundy jelly base packed with silver holographic microflakes, and red to copper shifting micro glitters. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

You’re Brew-tiful

You’re Brew-tiful is probably my top pick of the collection! This is a jelly based pale brown with pale golden tones and is a strong linear holographic. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

As you layer it up, the color deepens and it’s truly gorgeous in person

KBShimmer Holo-Day 2017 Collection Overview

I love my holo, so this holo filled collection is right up my alley. I had no application issues with any of these polishes and my only word of advice is to possibly use 2 coats of top coat for Deck The Claws and Jewels Of The Trade.

Also, Holly Back Girl (from the Winter 2014 Collection) will be back for a limited time during this release!

My Top Picks: You’re Brew-tiful, Up To Snow Good and Pour Decisions

This collection is gorgeous. I think that KBShimmer’s shimmer and glitter polishes are my absolute favorites. Hard to pick one among these beauties, but Pour Decisions is calling to me!

No one does sparkle like KB Shimmer! Loved the Harry Potter references in there.

KB Shimmer can do no wrong. My faves are You’re Brewtiful and Up to Snow Good but I’d like all of them, if I’m being honest.
