Glow by Nature Made® Skin Moisture + Hair & Nails

As I get older, I’m realizing how little I did for my skin growing up. I have a whole routine now that never existed 15 years ago. I’m not just talking about removing my makeup before bed or finding the right moisturizer with SPF in it, but also boosting my skincare from the inside out.

While I can’t fix the past, I can improve now and moving on into the future.

I was at Target recently (my son needed more school clothes, as usual!) and when I walked by the vitamin and supplement aisle I spotted the Glow by Nature Made® Skin Moisture line, which includes three varieties of supplements:  Skin Moisture, +Hair & Nails  (which contains biotin‡) and the Sleep version, which provides melatonin. I picked up all 3, but I was most interested in the Glow by Nature Made® Skin Moisture + Hair & Nails

The Glow by Nature Made® – Skin Moisture is a line of supplements that are formulated to help skin stay moisturized from the inside out†. So while all 3 are formulated to help skin stay moisturized, you also have the option of using +Sleep which also contains melatonin or +Hair & Nails with a boost of biotin‡. You can select whichever of the 3 you feel would be most beneficial to your personal needs.

Why did I mainly select  Glow by Nature Made® Skin Moisture + Hair & Nails‡? For a few reasons actually:

Glow by Nature Made® Skin Moisture + Hair & Nails‡ oral supplement contains key ingredients that may help support skin hydration and healthy nails and hair, as well as skin smoothness, firmness, and suppleness in as little as 15 days*,¥,†. Copper is another ingredient which helps support collagen synthesis†, as well as Vitamin E which is an antioxidant and an essential nutrient for many cells†.

Glow by Nature Made® Skin Moisture +Hair & Nails‡ provides 70 mg of Ceramosides® that help replenish the natural ceramides in your skin†.  Ceramides help support skin hydration by helping form a lipid barrier within your skin to retain moisture†.

Glow by Nature Made® Skin Moisture +Hair & Nails‡ provides 2500 mcg of biotin in each serving size (2 soft gels).  I’ve been taking biotin supplements for my nails for a few years, and according to Nature Made®, biotin may help support healthy, hair, skin, and nails‡.

Sound like something you’d like to try? You can find Glow by Nature Made® Skin Moisture in the vitamin and supplement aisle at Target or on Target.com. Suggested retail is $13.99. You can save 10% off with the code GLOW when you purchase Glow by Nature Made® Skin Moisture online at Target.com from now until May 27th.

*For adults with dry skin.
¥ 70 mg of Ceramosides®
‡Biotin may help support healthy hair, skin and nails in those that are biotin deficient.†

These sound interesting. I use beauty supplements for hair and nail growth but I’m horrible at remembering to take them as well as my daily vitamin!

I’m a true believer in biotin. I usually take 5-10K mcg/day. It mended the vertical splits in my nails and my hair grows like weeds.

Wow these all sound great but the one with biotin would be my choice. Supplements can make such a difference!

This could replace a few of the separate supplements that I take. I won’t take melatonin since I get sick from it but I do well with and need Biotin.

I hadn’t heard of these ones but I’m very much into supplements, so long as the dosage of ingredients is sufficient. So many multivitamins and mixed supplements contain such a minute amount of the necessary ingredients that you need to take half a dozen each day.

My nails are pretty strong without supplements but definitely something to consider in the future.

I switched to the gummies but biotin saved my nails.

I love a good beauty supplement! I’ve been taking multivitamin gummies, Omegas, and Biotin for skin and nails lately.
