Ready for some neons? I hope so – cause up next we have the Glisten & Glow Tiki Time Collection!
The Glisten & Glow Tiki Time Collection is a 6 piece neon cremes that do have the ability to stamp (I did attempt and the video was blurry and then I forgot to take photos. I was winning this week) and the maker does say that they watermarble as well, but I did not attempt that… yet.

All 6 of these are nicely pigmented and fully opaque in just 2 coats without needing a base white to make them pop. They are easy to apply and went on like butter. They all dry down matte, like most neons tend to do, but the maker also used matte base when formulating. All photos are shown primarily with Glisten & Glow Quick Dry Top Coat (PR) but the final photo shows them matte.

Glisten & Glow | Tiki Time Collection
If you are looking for an easy, breezy neon set – this is pretty much it. It self levels beautifully, fully opaque in 2 coats (some were almost 1 coat wonders like Hula This Way) and they do stamp and the maker said they watermarble. Win/Win/Win. I do wish there was a neon blue and/or neon purple – but I’ll take what I can get. This set is also perfect for gradients as each color can easily blend into the next.
