Hello hello hello! Tax season is really picking up, so things have been sort of crazy over here, but I’m still swatching up a storm and trying to keep things situated! Tonight I have the Ever After Polish O-Pal-Eez Collection to share with you!

Now if you remember, during the January Polish Pickup (when I was blogger of the month there!) Ever After created a STUNNING polish inspired by a fire opal and it was an instant hit. I believe it was the best seller that month. In turn, Ever After took that inspiration and created an entire collection that was inspired by different opals.

This is a 6 piece collection and I’m so glad they took that January inspiration and created this!

Let’s take a look!

You Can’t Sit With Us

It’s not Wednesday – but dammit, we’re wearing PINK!

You Can’t Sit With Us is a bubble gum pink jelly base with gold, blue and green shifting iridescent flakes and gold holo glitters. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Opal Of My Eye

Opal Of My Eye is a clear based full coverage flakie polish. It’s filled with green, gold and pink shifting metallic flakes, as well as orange and gold holographic glitters. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos. You might need 2 coats of top coat for a fully smooth to the touch finish.

O-Pal- Eez

Easily my top pick of this set! O-Pal-Eez is a stunning turquoise jelly base that touches into crelly territory for me, but I’d still consider it jelly. It contains gold, green and blue shifting flakes, as well as lavender holographic glitter. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Opa!L

Won’t even lie. The name of this one took me a minute. The L at the end threw me off.

Opa!L is a light cornflower blue jelly base with pink, gold and turquoise shifting flakes, holo glitters and intense blue shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

No-Pal Of Mine

No-Pal Of Mine is a sheer but deep purple jelly base with fuschia, gold and green chrome flakes, as well as teal and sapphire holographic microglitters. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos. You may need 2 coats of top coat for a smooth finish.

Mount Nopal

Mount Nopal is a sort of greige crelly base with magenta, blue, green and gold chrome flakes as well as teal and gold microglitter. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Ever After Polish O-Pal-Eez Collection Overview

This is a stunning follow up to the amazing Polish Pickup shade for January. They are all fairly different from each other and cover a nice range of colors and glitter amounts. I had no application issues, but a few might need 2 coats of top coat for a completely smooth finish. None are necessarily “rough” from the glitters – but the ones that are more loaded with glitter might require it.
