I’m back – and this is the start of the whirlwind of posts. Next up we’re gonna be looking at the Bee’s Knees Lacquer Empire of the Vampire Collection!
The Bee’s Knees Lacquer Empire of the Vampire Collection consists of 12 polishes with shimmer, shifts, holo and flakes.

Bee’s Knees Lacquer | Silversaint (Magnetic)
Silversaint is a silvery lilac neutral magnetic with a sheer grey jelly base and silver lilac to pale gold shifting magnetic pull, as well as gold to green ghost flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
The base jelly is sheer enough to wear alone, or layer over a darker color. You can do a lighter color – but the color will dull or shift due to the grey base.
I only magnetized the 2 middle fingers so you can see it both ways.
Bee’s Knees Lacquer | Coldblood
Coldblood is a black jelly base loaded with aqua to blue shimmer. There’s so much shimmer – it’s actually hard to tell the base isn’t a blue tone. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Bee’s Knees Lacquer | Wretched
Wretched is a top pick from this release. This is a deep raspberry jelly based multichrome pastel that shifts to purple and blue with black to red multichrome microflakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
This is a deeper shade in person, but only by a bit. The glow is mesmerizing on it!
Bee’s Knees Lacquer | The Forever King
The Forever King is a rusty, deep orange jelly base with green to blue sibling Unicorn Pee pigment. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
This is a sheerer jelly shade, so if you have a strong VNL it will probably show through. This polish is capped at 400.
Bee’s Knees Lacquer | Duskdancer
Duskdancer is an aqua to purple pastel multichrome with holo flakes and black to red multichrome microflakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Bee’s Knees Lacquer | Faekin
Faekin is another favorite – this is a green pastel multichrome that shifts red to olive with black to red multichrome microflakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
Bee’s Knees Lacquer | I’m A F***ing Queen
I’m a F***ing Queen is a golden yellow to blue to green pastel multichrome with bright blue flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
This shade will dry down with some texture. May need 2 coats of top coat or a glitter smoothing topper.
Bee’s Knees Lacquer | Empress of Wolves and Men
Empress of Wolves and Men is a silver to pink to green pastel multichrome with ebony flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
This shade will dry down with some texture. May need 2 coats of top coat or a glitter smoothing topper.
Bee’s Knees Lacquer | Liathe
Liathe is a deep aubergine purple jelly base with red to green Unicorn Pee pigment and ghost flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
In person – this is a slightly more vampy shade. This is also capped at 400 bottles.

The Black Lion is the Black Friday Limited Edition polish! This is a blackened indigo jelly base with gold flakes, as well as silver to blue iridescent flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Those Spiders Have Human Hands is the Small Business Saturday limited edition shade! This is a super pale grey crelly base loaded with glowy green shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

All Shall Kneel is an oxblood red jelly base with red to green iridescent flakes mixed in. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.
