Press Sample of Quixotic Polish
2nd Anniversary Duo & Shamrock Shimmy

I have a couple posts to do tonight, and first up we’ll be looking at Quixotic Polish’s 2nd Anniversary Duo & Shamrock Shimmy, which is the March Color of the Month!

It’s been a long week at work, so I’m catching up on posts now. All 3 of these shades released already – so you can grab them when you’re done here. Plus the listings have even more stunning photos you can look at!

Let’s jump right in.

We’ll start with the duo and move onto the March COTM!

Quixotic Polish | Luciole

Luciole is a purple/red base with teal to purple to blue magnetic flecks. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos. I only magnetized the middle and ring finger, so the remaining 2 nails are how they look without the use of a magnet.

Since it’s flecks that are magnetic, the magnetic line won’t be as sharp as pigment magnetics.

Quixotic Polish | Libelulle

Libelulle is a deep green base with teal to aqua to magenta magnetic shimmer, as well as gold flecks and iridescent flecks. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

I only used the magnetic on the middle 2 nails so you can see it both magnetized and unmagnetized.

Quixotic Polish | Shamrock Shimmy

The March COTM is Shamrock Shimmy! This is a deep blackened green jelly base with green to blue color shifting iridescent flakes and holo micro flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

All 3 of these are gorgeous – but those magnetics are just incredible. Luciole is my favorite of the group though.

All 3 of these applied beautifully.
