Stand By Me Collection

Happy Sunday again! I have the Nvr Enuff Stand By Me Collection to share, and this set already released for preorder, but it was brought back again for another round! I actually had the release dates mixed up, so I missed the initial round – but luckily it’s back, so I’m not too late for this.

Stand By Me is a movie I remember watching when I was younger, and it’s actually been awhile since I’ve seen it. This collection makes me want to watch it again. I remember bits and pieces of it, but there’s definitely a lot of blank spots I can’t fill in. Plus Jacob is old enough to watch and appreciate it at this point too.

Anyways, Nvr Enuff created this 4 piece collection inspired by Stand by Me and I’m finally here to show it to you!

Nvr Enuff Polish | Measured In Terms of Years

I was 12 going on 13 the first time I saw a dead human being. It happened in the summer of 1959, a long time ago, but only if you measure in terms of years. I was living in a small town in Oregon called Castle Rock. There were only twelve hundred and eighty-one people. But to me, it was the whole world.

Measured In Terms of Years is a deep crimson crelly base with warm red flakes that give this shade a glow within type look while still staying on the vampy side. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Nvr Enuff Polish | The Secret Knock

Chris: That’s not the secret knock.
Verne: C’mon you guys! I forget the secret knock!
All: Verne.

The Secret Knock is a medium grey crelly base packed with holo flakes and galaxy glitters. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

This looks like it would be fairly textured when dry, so I was surprised it wasn’t. 1 coat of normal top coat smoothed it over just fine.

Nvr Enuff Polish | C’mon Verno!

C’mon Verno! is a grey crelly base loaded with blue to teal to purple shifting shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Nvr Enuff Polish | Train Dodge, Dig It

Train Dodge, Dig It is a deep, cool toned purple with gold micro flecks and shimmer. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Nvr Enuff Polish | Stand By Me Collection

This is a very nostalgic collection and I love the selection of inspirations from different parts of the movie. Plus the song is stuck in my head now too. I had no application issues with any of these shades.

Price: $11.00 Each | $40.00 Full Stand By Me Quad
