Happy Wednesday! Today I have 20 items for the Hella Handmade Creations November 2022 shop.. and it’s a stunning mix of shades!

For the fine details – for all photos shown – I used Vapid Lacquer Commitment Issues Peel Off Base, and Sweet & Sour Lacquer Gloss Sauce . I purchased the Vapid Lacquer Commitment Issues, Sweet & Sour Lacquer gifted me their Gloss Sauce.

My lighting set up was changed. The new lamps give a much truer to color photo with less Photoshop manipulation. So now, since I use artificial lighting due to my day job, my new set up involves 2 Neatfi XL Lamps from Amazon (affiliate link) as well as this Daylight Company Duo Daylight Lamp (affiliate link).

All Mixed Up Lacquers | Head Banging Mixed Tape (Tri-Thermal)

Theme: 80’s Rock Bands

Description: Head Banging Mix Tape is a crelly based tri thermal that shifts from dark purple (cold) to medium blurple (warm) to pale milky orchid (hot) with red to pink to gold shifting shimmer and scattered sapphire blue holo micro glitters. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Atomic Polish | Lord of the Tides (Paid PR)

Theme: House of the Dragon

Description: Lord of the Tides is a clear base with blue to purple shifting pigment and red to gold aurora pigment. In person it gives a lighter baby blue to mint type color with shimmery sparkles. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Black Dahlia Lacquer | Capricorn

Theme: Horoscopes

Description: Capricorn is a sheer aqua jelly base with green to blue aurora flakes, as well as large iridescent teal to green to indigo flakes. I used 3 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

This is a sheerer shade and the flakes give off the illusion of opacity around 3 coats.

Description: Shadow Fold is a sheer charcoal jelly base packed with holo flakes and pink to gold to lime shifting iridescent flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

While the base is sheer, the flakes do offer enough coverage for opacity at 3 coats.

Pampered Polishes | Have Some Candy!

Theme: Disney Villains

Description: Have Some Candy! is a candy pink crelly base with matte black flakes. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Some of the black matte flakes may bunch up together and cause it to require a glitter smoothing top coat to avoid any texture, or use tweezers to carefully flatten any down.

Paradox Polish | Soot Sprites (Thermal)

Theme: Studio Ghibli

Description: Soot Sprites is a jelly based thermal that goes from a chocolate brown (cold) to clear (warm) with gold metallic, magenta and green holo glitter, bright pink glitters, silver holo stars, and black hex glitters. I used 3 thin coats, a glitter smoothing topper and top coat for these photos.

Description: It’s Electric is a deep indigo blue jelly base with white hex glitters, blue to purple iridescent glitters, purple to teal to blue crystal flakes and an indigo glow in the dark. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Red Eyed Lacquer | Da Balm-er in Lights Out

Theme:Weather

Description:  Da Balm-er is a cross between a balm and body butter. It’s creamy like a body butter but has a more emollient feel like a balm would. It’s an intensive treatment you can use anywhere (I love it on cuticles of course) but a little goes a long way. If you use too much – it will feel very oily (like a balm would) so start with a little and build up if you need more.

Lights Out is described as a clean, fresh and calm scent with notes of both subtle floral and spicy undertones – the calm before the storm.

My nose picks up the floral and I love it. It’s the slightly musky white florals and there is a little spicy undertone but it’s an accent and not really a key player in this profile. You do have to like florals for this (which i do) and this isn’t like a potpourri floral scent – this smells like being in my grandma’s garden.

Theme: Beauty and the Beast

Description: Provincial Life is a light-medium blue shimmer with purple to blue ultrachrome chameleon flakes, micro holo flakes and scattered holo shimmer. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Sassy Sauce Polish | Up and Away Cabernet

Theme: Butterflies

Description: Up and Away Cabernet is a medium red jelly with red holo glitters as well as black glitter flakes. I used 2 coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Some of the black flakes might poke up a bit, you can either do a glitter smoother or use tweezers to carefully manipulate/remove.
