Fall 2019 Alien Collection

Late night post coming up next! I’m working on some swatching for the upcoming Holo Hookup, and now that the stamping is done, I thought I’d knock out a new Different Dimension release before bed! This is the Different Dimension Fall 2019 Alien Collection!

The Different Dimension Fall 2019 Alien Collection consists of 6 jelly polishes loaded with iridescent color shifting flakes and holo flecks. I was actually quite surprised at what my top pick was, since it’s not a color I’d usually pick up.

Let’s take a look and see which was my favorite!

Different Dimension | Fire In The Sky

Fire In The Sky is a maroon jelly base loaded with copper to gold to orange to green to red iridescent color shifting flakes and holographic microflakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Different Dimension | Alien

Alien is a deep olive jelly base with copper to gold to orange to green to red iridescent color shifting flakes and holographic micro flakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Different Dimension | Foo Fighters

Foo Fighters is a deep navy blue jelly base loaded with turquoise to violet to blue to pink iridescent color shifting flakes and holographic microflakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

The navy base is so dark, it actually appears black.

Different Dimension | Extraterrestrial

Extraterrestrial is a butterscotch brown jelly base loaded with gold to orange to pink to green iridescent color shifting flakes and holographic microflakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Different Dimension | Area 51

Area 51 is a darkened teal blue jelly base loaded with turquoise to violet to blue to pink iridescent color shifting flakes and holographic microflakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Different Dimension | UFO

UFO is a deep, cool toned violet jelly base loaded with gold to orange to pink to green iridescent color shifting flakes and holographic microflakes. I used 3 thin coats and a glossy top coat for these photos.

Different Dimension | End of Summer/New Fall 2019 Cuticle Oils

Missi came out with 9 new cuticle oil fragrances and they are a welcomed addition! We have 4 ‘End of Summer’ scents – Pineapple Vanilla (my fav!), Orange Dreamsicle, Iced Tea, and Rice Krispie Treat. The new Fall fragrances are Crème Brulee, Coffee, Chocolate Chip Cookie, Banana Nut Bread, and Blueberry Muffins.

All of them smell like the names. Imagine those scents and… they are dead on. Pineapple Vanilla is my top pick but it’s followed closely by Banana Nut Bread! Nick said (yes I poll the boys) his fav is Iced Tea and Blueberry Muffins and Jacob said his favorites are Chocolate Chip Cookie and Banana Nut Bread.

Here are the ingredients for those with sensitivities so you know what is in them, the list will also be in the listing when they launch.

Ingredients: Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil, Prunus Armeniaca (Apricot) Kernel Oil, Tocopherol (Vitamin E), Fragrance, Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil

Different Dimension | Fall 2019 Alien Collection

Okay, so the polish portion of this launch is stunning. I was positive my top pick would be either Foo Fighters or UFO, but surprisingly – Alien took my top spot. I loved how the flakes popped in the deep olive shade. Foo Fighters was a very close second for the same reason, followed in 3rd place by Fire In The Sky.

I also have the next 2 POTM shades, but they get their own post! I should have that up tomorrow night.
